The swimming pool was not adept for swimming since it was cold, it became an ornamental piece of water that no one could use, we expected more items during breakfast.

The staff was really helpful to get the room we expected in the first place, also to help us with general questions. We felt welcomed and also enjoyed the eventful evening and night in their sangria bar and restaurant. It was charming and the food tasty. The room was ample, there was hot pleasant water in the shower, the room was clean and the bed felt like a paradise

Staff were not very welcoming. Wifi was not working at all. On and off. Staff calling out for checking out 1 hrs before the actual check out time while sleeping Noisy at night while sleeping. Woke up few times They asked me to pay in advance before i arrive th hotel

Staff quite helpful but scope for improvement, Breakfast was good, Dinner we ordered & was good. As Genius Guest we had free Breakfast but hotel was not informed & had to call hotel reservation 3 to 4 times.

All staff were friendly, the superior queen room was spacious however the bathroom needed a more detailed clean. There was also no city view as listed on Booking.com in fact the view from the room was very poor, overlooking rooftops covered in rubbish. The Sangria bar on the rooftop was sensational with the best Mai Tai (alcoholic) cocktails ever! There was a huge selection of food & drinks, the setting was gorgeous with stunning views of the lake and live music during the evening. Food here was also delicious & although I would prefer to stay at a better property, I’d definitely return to the rooftop bar!

Never book morning buffet breakfast with ur package. Itmes are very less. Not worth for maney. Service is ultraslow. May be you need wait for 30 min for a sandwich or bhatura.

Lot of noise on the weekends due to late night songs, sound comes inside the rooms & is also quite loud. Rooms are smaller. Better suited for party goers rather than family audiences.

Overall a good ambience, nice support staff with good amenities.

Pool area could have been cleaner. I suspect it was guests not using Ash trays though and making an unreasonable mess. Maybe cleanliness around pool needs more attention.

the property charged us approximately $100 for breakfast and dinner every day for a couple, did not state the amount and that it was optional. it was way overpriced compared to what you find, overall they charged us Rs20k just for food for three days. complete ripoff.

looks boutique, decent hotel in front of a small lake, room size was big, provided us a heater since we had an infant, food was the same everyday. boys ensured we are satisfied with our requests

Toilets were smelling of sewage. Very noisy pub on terrace with smoking. No guests had their masks on.

Great food and the chef was very conscious of allergy information.
