The flush in our washroom was clogged but I guess it is a one off situation. The buffet at bfast was the same every single day which was boring.

Just a couple for issues, toaster machine heaters were off. Ordered coffee which took too long, I had to remind a few times. Otherwise the people were very friendly and helpful. The concierge took along time to arrange a car transfer for me to the office even though I had prebooked the day before. A lot of typing entry in the computer. Prebooking should be faster.

Loved the, nice touch with foot soak and some chocolates. Bed and shower were very nice. Breakfast area provided everything needed. Taj lounge was great after long day at work, I could just grab fast a light food and drink. People in lounge were very nice.

Having to pay for a taxi for a 2 min ride from the airport terminal feels unnecessary. The hotel should find a better way to get customers literally across the road.

Front desk errors. While checking in, I unnecessarily had to wait as the greeting person did not communicate with the passport checkin person. This was corrected once I finally approached the counter and found my passport sitting unattended. I requested a wake up call for the night I flew out. I DID NOT RECEIVE the wake up call. I had set my phone as a backup alarm. This could have been a grave issue, causing me to miss my flight. During past stays at this Taj I received more attentive care. I found this lacking on this stay. I also found the 2 hour Spa treatment to be lacking. The spa technician skillset was not up to Taj standards let alone a normal massage and facial therapist skillset. Very, very, disappointed.

Location, location, location. Ease of airport access in the middle of the night. The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. In-room food service was prompt and timely. The Cafe staff was attentive. The floor housekeeper checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was cleaned and re-organized on a daily basis. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The wine in the Club lounge had high sulphite content making it taste like detergent. However this was 'on the house, so can't really complain!

We liked the spacious modern feel of the entrance hall, dining room and lovely comfortable bedrooms. We liked the way the reception staff came round in front of the desk to pass over room key, invoice, little farewell gift etc. We liked the stylish foot bath in the room. We liked the efficient transfer to the terminal by hotel taxi.

The smoke detector in the room had a VERY bright flashing LED on it that lit op the whole room every 7 seconds... so I had to sleep with an eye mask on (I like a very dark room, especially when I have a fixed window for sleep before a very early flight)

Needed to stay near the airport fit an overnight transfer so can't fault location Went to the Tamarind restaurant and had the tester menu and it was excellent Also probably the most welcoming hotel stay I had on this trip, staff were flawless

Location - a 15” easy walk but no shuttle service. The hotel does offer car service but at a cost of ~ $25. Taxis and Uber not interested - too short. So, good for those who like to walk but not so good for those who don’t or can’t. But, hotel still easier to get to than any other hotel.

Western guests, often very independent, may struggle to comprehend how spring-loaded the staff is to assist. Particularly with luggage. I admit, I am quite adept at pulling my own bags, especially the smaller ones. I think the various teams could be bit more aware of this apprehension with American and Canadian guests. Also, some at the front desk could be a bit prickly in disposition. Still good, but not as friendly as the concierge staff.

Every member of the staff was exceptional, particularly Adithya at the Concierge desk. Always above and beyond. Hotel is well lit, with well-decorated walls, and comfortable surroundings. In spite of being very close to the airport, it is very quiet in the rooms, with excellent water pressure, hot water, and air conditioning. The walk to Terminal 1 (domestic) is ridiculously short. If you're able-bodied, you should be comfortable in walking to/from Terminal 1. Also, great food choices in the courtyard between the airport and Terminal 1 as well.

Beautiful and spacious hotel! With amazing views of the airport (great for toddlers) and excellent dining options. Wonderful hotel when traveling with kids. The staff are outstanding. When you get to the airport the Taj staff guide you through to check-in which is where I learned how wonderful and caring the staff really is. Velu K and Naidu N took us to check in where my 1 year old toddler unexpectedly got sick. They helped us clean-up, re-pack, and re-organize and NOT miss our flight. I really can’t thank them enough. Velu made sure all our items fit into our bag again and didn’t leave us until we were ready to go through to immigration. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of customer service before! We will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The outside terrace in the early evening felt rather enclosed due to the high wall at the rear. That said it was a delight to be able to sit and relax outside after / before a long flight

The staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and attentive. They all went out of their way to provide really good service. Ruchika at reception was particularly helpful. Our wake up call at 4 in the morning was dead on time and so were the coffee and croissants which accompanied it, delivered by a smiling young man. The evening buffet meal was very good, with a wealth of choice. The swimming pool was clean and attractive and the accommodation was very comfortable.
