For the 40th anniversary of my parents after a lot of deliberations I chose a staycation at Taj Lands End for them. It was certainly a decision not to be regretted. If you like the sea spend extra and go for the sea view room. Sea link view too is great. They also have a play area for the children by the pool side lawns with birds, fish and rabbits. However it is the Taj hospitality you will love.. the staff is so accommodating and exudes warmth. Like *khusi* at the club lounge or *Priyanka* at the Chinese restaurant. Also Thanks *Ashwini*, *Binay* and *Ankit* from the house keeping ,loved the hand written card. Special thanks to *Neha Jalali* the guest relations manager and her team for organising this memorable staycation for my parents with a seamless experience and especially the surprise celebration during high tea.

Didn't like many things. You should have a change on a daily basis. Otherwise it gets monotonous. Even the cheese section should have a better variety including crackers

Breakfast although elaborate lacked taste and quality ie the south Indian ones. The rest nothing to write home about. Fruits poor selection and bad quality. The nuts were okay. Bread selection poor.

This hotel is decent value for money, it’s of a high standard with a lot of facilities inside, big lobby with restaurants, shop and extremely nice gym and spa. There are two pools, one of which is only accessible by the top tier rooms. The rooms themselves are fine, comfy as you’d expect.

The shower in the bathroom had very low water pressure and the handle was half broken. We were pressured into choosing a twin bed even though we booked a king bed. We were told no king bed with a sea view is available. And when we saw the twin room and didn’t like it and insisted then a king bed with the sea view became available. It wasn’t a great check in experience.

The food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was great. One of the chef’s Shehnaz Irani was exceptional in the service she provided and how she explained the dishes and made recommendations. Especially accomodating to the non spicy Australian taste.

Only the fact that we heard quite some noise when the room above is took a shower.

Beautiful hotel, good atmosphere, great food. Breakfast team from vista restaurant took great care of the magnificent breakfast. And our cleaning service on the 17th floor, Mohan and its colleagues, overdelivered for us big time. Thank you so much!! 10/10 experience for us.

View of sea link and sparkling water in the Bay, is so mesmerising! Would love to stare at this view from a room. Ms. Renuka at Reception Desk has been extremely helpful and welcoming for smooth check in procedures. Staff having such a warm attitude makes adds incredible value to Hospitality of Taj Group. It goes without saying that, there are more than enough reasons to prefer this hotel over others in this area.

Absolutely amazing hotel- starting from the location, building itself, atmosphere inside up to the highest level of service. Rooms are clean and well-designed, with all necessary equipment and auxiliaries - flat TV set, independently controlled air conditioner, tea pot, iron + iron stand, hair dryer, and so on. Food for breakfast is extremely good in quality and of wide variety. And again - the service is perfect! All hotel facilities you may want are just there - an outdoor pool, very well-equipped gym with "wet zone": sauna, steam room, etc., 3 restaurants and lobby bar. As well , I used to spend my time for leisure and work in the Club Lounge, what I absolutely fell in love with. And again - responsiveness of the hotel management and staff as well as service provided just excellent! At my next visit to Mumbai I will definitely stay at Taj Lands End. Well done!

The problem was with Booking.com I confirmed the rooms with breakfast included. The hotel denied it Hence my stay was not very happy happy We had to else where for the breakfast.
