Unfortunately our flight was delayed by five hours otherwise we would have had more time at the property to eat but we arrived in time to sleep as we had an early morning flight the next day. The room was fabulous and spacious and the bath was a welcome sight after six weeks of showers. I would definitely recommend the hotel and we will return when we need to have a stopover in Mumbai again.

The dinner buffet didn't have a lot of variety

It was a fabulous 1 day experience and we will definitely like to go there again. I was connected with Tuba from the guest relations thorough out my booking and stay and made our stay very memorable. It was my 10th wedding anniversary surprise for my wife and she arranged specific colour balloons in the room as per my request and that too complimentary. The other complimentary aspect was that they steam ironed my wife's wedding gown on my request. Tuba also arranged an earlier checkin for us at 12 instead of 2 pm. I had selected the runway room and it was such an amazing sight to see the planes flying off at regular intervals during the day time. At night time you can't expect to see though. The room was just fabulous and top notch. The breakfast and 1 meal was part of the offer going through booking.com and the staff also mentioned that it is a good offer to go with. We were supposed to have the dinner as part of our package however thabks to the staff that they suggested to go with the brunch which had so many options and absolutely delicious food , so, for dinner we went with Ala carte. Breakfast again was top notch and we relished all the food. It was a gastronomical delight. Pool was also very good and it was a consistent 3.5 feet which was very good to have as we had 2 children with us. Overall we really had a fabulous time and it was worth it. Thank you to Taj, Tuba and the entire staff who really work so tirelessly to keep all the customers extremely happy.

Considering it is the Taj group property, usually you come with a certain expectation from the staff and guest services, I was pretty disappointed. The guest services always took too long to answer the phone, I also thought they were a bit rude. In fact when the property staff called to review the property I told them I had some concerns and to call me back before I actually review the property and I didn’t even get a call back. At the breakfast the staff was too much of a hurry to pick up the plates, literally while I was still eating. I would like to believe that this would have been a one off case since it was holiday season and may be the staff was too overworked due to max capacity at the hotel.

The property is very well built, love the way it has the old school charm yet with all the modern aesthetics. The guest relations team was very kind and helpful, especially Tuba the guest relations manager. The runway view room is amazing !! I would recommend to pay that little bit extra to get the runway view suite, it is a very different experience.

Luxury Room with Runway view was on 4th floor, so it was high enough, but we could still see some obstructing views of the wall blocking the runway view. Room on the higher floor will offer much better view.

We booked a luxury room with runway view; we can see flights taking off and landing every minute or so. Size of the room was quite big, and well-constructed. It was cozy and comfortable room, nice bathtub with a TV in bathroom. It was during Christmas so there were many ongoing activities to keep kids engaged. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Plastic water bottle this is unacceptable they should provide filtered water in glass bottles. Also shower soap in small plastic bottles not reusable again this is not very environmentally friendly needs changing Check in was not that great, staff member was not that experienced Swimming pool badly lit at night needs more lights Room not very clean was hairs in bathroom which were not ours

Big bed and couch in room. One of the porters walked us to the terminal very nice touch. Check out was great and taxi arrived very quickly.

Very co convenient hotel if you are travelling to/ from the airport. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Bathtube was a treat. Beds extremely comfortable. Linen - top quality. This was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed (and I stayed in many 5* hotels around the world). The best was the kindness of all personnel: extremely helpful and going out of their way to help. They facilitated a lot of my requests and solved problems. Big thank you to Diksha for her kindness!
