We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaOnly thing which lacked was fan or air conditioning. Since we got back side room whose window opens inside hotel alley, there was no medium for air movement or circulation. Since gangtok is generally a cold place ,there was no fan or air conditioning. This made difficult to dry clothes.
Hotel location was very near to city center yet at some distance to keep separate from crowd and rush. Manager was very helpful and supportive for guiding us about sikkim tour, staff was very helpful and prompt (special mention for Mr. Shiva). Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall great experience during the stay.

IndiaIt was on the fourth floor and there was no lift. Second day onwards we got used to it though. Only one room heater was available.
Good spacious rooms, hall and kitchen. We were two couples and we stayed there for 5 nights. The staff was extremely cooperative and accomodated most of our requests. Good food too. Has a kunchenjunga view from hall window. Staff is always on their toes. Gave us complimentary casino (Ramada) passes.

IndiaCost seems to be slightly on higher side. Compared with other tourist locations, cost per room per day is on higher side. No fixed tarrif, changing day by day in online sources. GST bill / invoice on print form should be provided to the customer, than the old way of bill book. If GST is applicable on the restaurant billing, proper GST bill shall be provided, the same shall be true on verification. Simply writing as GST without GST number and taking the amount is not fare.
