IndiaVery very old interiors. Very dim lot rooms despite switching all the lights. It was a big letdown. Not worth the price at all. I definitely would not recommend this hotel for someone looking for a good experience for the price of the rooms. The location is by far the only reason to pick this hotel.

Indiawe had used 10 room nights in this property. but coudlnt start the TV. only free channels are on that to local language. do local people only stay there and upon requesting for 50 times also they hardly bothered to get it done
property location was awesome. the lower staffs are too good, specially the security and the gate personnel. but the educated and qualified degree holder receptionist are there to fool the guest.

Omanduring check out staff ask to pay Rupees 1250 plus tax for bedsheet for blood stain.we didn't notice any blood stain and we need to argue with them for quiet some time and it was really a harrasment and never ever recommend this hotel to any one .worst experience in our life time .

India1. I got the room (417) that had lights which didn't get turned off due to damaged switches. We couldn't sleep late night. Our stay was only for a night and had returned to room late night so we didn't see any point complaining. 2. The bedsheets were dirty, could see some hair. 3. Overall not worth the money and not at all 5 star level experience.
1. Location is good. It's near by MG road, Brigade road, church Street and also near by UB City. 2. The washroom was clean and tidy.

IndiaThe rooms weren't very clean, especially the bathroom. There were flies on the towels and a lot of dirt in the bathtub. The toilet was leaking as well. The breakfast spread is small and meh, so I could've just skipped this entirely.
Location was great, I could get to where I wanted quickly. The rooms are quiet and cozy. The staff were friendly enough. Overall, it was fine as I was in a rush and needed a place to stay asap. But the hotel could do with a little renovation, I guess.

United Arab EmiratesFirst things first, we booked the hotel way back via booking.com atleast about a month back from the UAE. When we arrived at the hotel we were not given a room immediately, we were told to wait as they said king sized bed is not available. Slightly perplexed! Nevertheless as we were hungry, we went off for lunch and came back. They gave us room number 220, on the second floor. The room on the hindsight looked decent, though in looks old and it needs some major renovation. Prima facie, it seemed okay overall. But to our horror after a bath we realised the bathtub is blocked. 🤷 The worst part was that finally when we got into bed, i began scratching and itching myself incessantly, it was so bad that I resorted to sit myself on the sofa the whole night long. The bed was dusty and wasn't cleaned. The bedsheets didn't look stark white and we just realised that they put us up in a room which definitely wasn't cleaned, nor was the linen changed. Fast-forward to the following morning, we went for breakfast, which again wasn't great. There were big stains on the sofa. Overall, this place needs to a big renovation form the building to the management dealing with this hotel. Also, they don't deserve 4 stars, the point is guests come to live in a decent hotel to have a decent pleasant stay, it's a plus to have a complimentary breakfast but we don't go there just to eat. It's more to do with the stay which needs to be comfortable. Ministry of tourism needs to reevaluate the "4 stars" that has been given. They are not doing justice. Extremely harrowing experience. Will never advice anyone to stay in this hotel.
