Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI recently stayed at Elanza Hotel for a two-week period, and I must say that my overall experience left me extremely dissatisfied. There were numerous issues and problems that arose during my stay, which significantly impacted the quality of my visit. First and foremost, one of the main reasons I chose Elanza Hotel was because they promised free internet access. However, I encountered several connectivity issues before finally being able to connect to the internet. This was a major inconvenience and a clear violation of the hotel's promise. Furthermore, I noticed that the hotel owner always seemed to be in the lobby, wearing an angry expression. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made it difficult to approach the owner or staff with any concerns or requests. Additionally, I was appalled to witness the owner openly insulting the security staff in front of other guests. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Another concern I had was the demeanor of the drivers employed by the hotel owner. They would often stare at guests in an intimidating manner, reminiscent of thugs. This made me feel uneasy and concerned for my safety within the premises. Another major issue was the hotel's lax smoking policy. Despite claiming to be a non-smoking facility, guests were allowed to smoke both in the lobby and their rooms. As a non-smoker, I found this to be both unpleasant and unhealthy, as the smell of smoke permeated the common areas and even some guest rooms. The lighting in the hotel was another disappointment. The overall ambiance was dark and dingy, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. This affected the overall aesthetics of the hotel and made it difficult to navigate certain areas. I also observed that the bell boys were treated poorly by the hotel administration, customers, security, and even the owner.
Ground staffs were very friendly while admin were uptight and poor interpersonal skills.

Loved this hotel as it was well located and value for money but realised within the first ten minutes that something was wrong and was told the management had changed. Prices were much more than what I paid but services had been cut . The breakfast is quite pathetic compared to what they served earlier. The suite needs maintenance, I suggest you stay at the ITC Welcomhotel or similar at this price point

IndiaService was not upto the mark. No one accompanied us to the room to show us the facilities in the room. No wifi and number to call reception, house keeping etc was provided initially. Around 11:30p.m at night we called room service and asked for cutlery which wasn't available. Buttons for the lights, DND etc are too tiny which will be a problem for old people to see.
The room was neat and clean. The curtains and dark which helps one sleep properly even when the sun is out. The washroom was clean as well.
