+Rooms were clean but few remarks: - bed sheets clean but few nights we had they were worn out (holes) - when walking with bare feet on room floor, they get black +Wifi coverage good but not strong/stable enough always for (video) calls. They were working on it. + Direct access to beach, however almost fully occupied by shacks. We also saw some loose dogs.

We had a fantastic midweek stay. Good for family stay. Quiet surroundings. + Nice swimming pool with pool bar. My son loved the slider. Always enough seats. + Spatious family room. Comfort sleeping. Good shower and bath room facilities. + Good food and service in restaurants, especially in the Palms. Good spread in buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Enjoyed live music in evening. In Kai also good diner food but service significant slower. + Nice Spa facilities, but bit slower than expected in treatments. + Fast access to cabs. + Helpful staff overall.

The fridge didn’t get cold and the phone didn’t work. Both things were fixed but showed a lack of attention to detail. There were major building works ongoing as there was a roof being replaced which was very noisy and no bar as it was being renovated. None of this was advertised before our stay so I felt somewhat cheated.

The restaurants were very good and the rooms were nice. Room service was good.

The location of the resort, gardens, swimming pools, open air jacuzzi and the maintenance of the property are really good. Some of the facilities are closed when we visited especially the activities that Teenagers enjoy which was a little bummer, otherwise very comfortable and relaxing place with good food options.

Late check out options should be given at the earliest on availability, I had to request multiple times for me to get it although there were rooms available

Breakfast was good, pool required cleaning and some guidelines to be implemented as guests were entering the pool with any clothes instead of proper swim wear. Food options quality and quantity was good.

Some places were looking tired. The front entrance could do with sprucing. The Myra Spa could do with a good clean. We had a manicure and pedicure done and the room floor was uneven and broken.

Our room was a junior suite and it was perfectly located to the pool, restaurant and beach. The property entrance was not as impressive as other places we’ve stayed at in south Goa but absolutely stunning ‘behind’ the doors. The gardens and the walkways were immaculately maintained.

Staff did not say "good morning" or other greeting , except security.

Mainly a wedding resort, some being very busy and noisy, which combined with disruptive roof repairs, meant the first 24 hours were not good. Thereafter the staff made up for it and helped make the rest of the stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

They were having wedding function so there was noise during the day due to that and also noise due to some renovation work.

The food was excellent. The staff is very polite. The restaurant chef was proactive to replace when we found a particular dish to be oily. Overall good food and good staff.

Sanitary exhaust fan in the bathroom was not operational. It was informed to reception but no action taken on this.

Breakfast was good with good variety of food. Separate counter for south Indian food.

Taxi service was not great. Hotel connects with the taxi and then price has to be negotiated by the traveller itself. This can be worked on, where certain destination have fixed price and we don't need to pay extra.

Breakfast was good with lot of options and fast service even when all the tables where full. A clean big pool. Enjoyed the time in pool.

The goan beach restaurant KAI was a HUGE disaster, dissapointment and it spoilt on of our important occassions we were celebrating there... My father in laws 75th birthday... the staff and the whole vibe was the worse I have ever been in. Basic food took more than an hour and there was no one in the restaurant besides us... later when we complained the waiter informed us that the chef was off that day....then close the restaurant down rather than spolt an important occosaion of someone... and they also went ahead and charged us full amount.... I didn't want to create a scene for an occassion and polietly signed it off... but this was extremely bad to charge anyone for such horrible experience... I did inform all the staff and also other guests apparently had similar experience out there.... This needs to change or the whole feedback of the hotel will turn from great to just average.

Food delivery can at times be delayed Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side but it had a bathtub which may have eaten into the space.
