Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaRooms windows didn't have curtains and was not sound proof. Window doors had flaps which wouldn't close fully due to which the street lights was making the room scary.. Hotel is next to some night bars and restaurants and the music is too loud. we couldn't sleep well.

Bangladesh1. Check-in delay of my second room, when I reached the place at 1 p.m. and the second room was ready at 4 pm. This was a bit irritating, could manage simply because we had another room booked which was given for check in at 1:15 pm. 2. Housekeeping services were very late on the first day, when we had to call 2/3 times over 40-50 minutes for simple things like water, ashtray, cutleries etc. 3. Water leakage was there from the toilet commode, and then the leaked was was not going through the drain next to the commode. This felt really dirty. We complained to the housekeeping on the first day, but it was not resolved throughout our 3 days stay. This was a big set back. Room No. 2507.
Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very friendly. Edwardian room size was very good. Location was excellent, at the heart of the city. The legacy was really attractive. The food at the bakery was extra ordinary, although the staffs seemed quite inexperienced in the bakery. Staff at the swimming pool was very friendly, especially Mr. Sidhharth.

IndiaHotel has a small lobby with 2 small sofas, not much area to sit. Restaurant does not serve lunch before 1pm. Room had a/c cooling issue which was rectified.

IndiaI always used to have a good stay. This time they room had a dungeon smell as i entered. HK came and sprayed something which I do not know is harmful or not. I did not like this. The floors in room and Bath were sticky and made life miserable. I do not know if this is cleaning problem or humidity related. Hotel should look into this carefully. I stayed in this room several times earlier.
Food had improved in my last 7 years experience.

Bangladeshthe staff were not well versed. took ages to bring anything requested. needed to call more then once when I asked for water. worst was we were in a group and a family member could not find a shoe when she was unpacking back home and had asked me to ask management to check her room, while she was also calling them. the front desk lied and said nothing was found and the room was occupied even when I asked her to double check. and I came back to my room. post which my cousin called to say that they had found the shoe in her room and the room was unoccupied. which was in direct contradiction from what I was told mere minutes ago. left a very bad taste and little desire to return. not to mention the hotel bar was absolutely unsavory.
