Some of the basic manners of wait staff. I have provided feedback to Mr. Manish Bedi, the F&B manager. Additionally, the guest services staff should perhaps try to accommodate minor request and check with management if need be instead of simply ruling out the possibility upfront.

Room is wonderful and maintained very well. The entire staff is very courteous especially the breakfast crew. The house-keeping staff is very prompt and courteous. A shout out to Raj & Amit Saroha on the 2nd floor for excellent service.

We actually ended up upgrading to have the panoramic suite, and it was definitely worth it. The rooms are massive, the service is beyond hospitable, friendly and of the highest quality. Breakfast has so so so many options, ranging from European to authentic South Indian to continental choices -- Great choice of pastries too!

It has always been a very good experience with this property. Be it be any occasion me and my family loves spending time in leela. Beautiful property, i would highly recommend this property. Sarthak at the reception makes my stay even more beautiful and comfortable.

While service was great and prompt, sometimes the staff was slightly invasive, which I think was more of a cultural difference than purposeful. When going back to the hotel from mall later at night, you have to take a different route as the main entry is closed off. Lastly, be aware that you will be approx. 30-45 minutes from Dehli city center if you would like to enjoy Connaught circle, etc..

The property was beautiful and world class, very clean and close to shopping/restaurants as it is connected to a mall. Additionally, the service was prompt, room was spacious and clean, room service was fantastic (especially the pad thai!), and the amenities provided were perfect. Location was a little out from Delhi city center, but was easy to get into City and hotel was quiet despite being in a bustling area.

From the moment we arrived they couldn’t do enough for us ,from a upgrade of our room to when we checked out to the airport were met by Baljeet Singh Negi who went beyond in helping us from entering the airport to helping us in the process which was stressful with our boarding

Leela gurugram is a luxury business hotel. Everything is high quality and they are very helpful with airport transfers and assistance too. We were upgraded to a panorama suite. This exceeded all expectations.

Breakfast service needs to be streamlined- albeit food variety offered is amazing. Quality control on food served in room needs to be sharpened. Occasionally an item( e.g. clear vegetable soup) was below standard.

Staff, including Mr Anand GM, were very keen to listen and do the needful. Car I used was well kept and the drivers very caring. Only issue was bit of chaos at breakfast - in particular servicing tea. Discussed with Mr Anand and hopefully further steps to improve these will be taken. Overall - simply superb.

Not a great location for going into Delhi proper -- traffic was terrible (no fault of hotel). Safe was too small for my work laptop and valuables. Gym needed more free weights and stretching areas -- very packed in morning (gym AC could have been better)

Staff was lovely - always helpful and attentive. I got sick and they made me fresh ginger, lemon, and honey hot water. Club lounge staff was fabulous. It was very convenient for working in Cyber City for two weeks. Drivers were excellent. House doctor also excellent and convenient.

Excellent service! I have been to a number of 5star hotels and I can say the service here was by far the best. We were extremely well looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful the food was amazing I honestly had no complaints. I actually wanted to extent my flight for a few days to stay longer. Sanjeev at Delhi airport who was part of the team for our airport transfer was great he literally took care of everything for us and even helped our other family members who we met at the airport.

Only slight downside (not a complaint though) is the age of the property. Some furniture and woodwork look a bit tired. Also kids and toddlers can be provided some toys in the room. Anyways these are minor points. The hotel is 10/10 and is highly recommended.

Theres a stray dog at the exit driveway who needs some taking care off, he could perhaps become a mascot of the hotel and allign with the brands values of upliftment and comfort. guests will really take to the dog. Maybe a bowl of food and water and a bed is a good start for him, During my 5 day stay i fed the dog daily.

location is superb, breakfast spread is probably the best ive seen throughout all my travels!
