Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe rooms are pretty old fashioned and outdated in terms of the ambience. The rooms are not very sound proof. The lobby music, conversations in the corridor and traffic on the roads is clearly heard in the room. The upper floors of the hotel are under renovation and the sound was very disturbing during the day. Would request the hotel to reduce the volume of the music in corridors, or upgrade the doors. Rooms are very old and in need for some renovation. Patchwork of previous renovations is clearly visible in several places.
Location of the hotel is very close to the Vashi bridge to access to Mumbai is good. Vashi station is also close by. Additionally, its very close to Inorbit Vashi and a lot of restaurants. Something's Fishy and Cafe Vihar which are inside the hotel are also very excellent.

IndiaThe service was slow. Also the bedding and interior was averag as per the amount paid. I think its fair to say that as per the service n the room interior it seemed overpriced. Also there is construction going on in the property n it will get very noisy throughout the day.
The only good thing about this property was the restaurants in the hotel. Very accessible and good food in the property

IndiaThey don't give an additional key. They charge you a bomb if you end up losing the key cards. They do not even inform you of this policy in advance. They're not very tech-friendly as they do not have any system of sending the bills by email automatically at check-out. You've got to be vigilant on the billing front. They may overcharge you otherwise. I myself had put down a preauth on my card, but they still extorted the extras out of my guests without so much as informing them of the fact that a pre-auth has been done. The hold on my card was released only after a few hours, when I informed them of the fact that they had wrongly made the guests pay again.
Its a 'desi' type of three star with reasonably good facilities and an up-market lobby. The front desk is however not very well manned and the staff is not as polished as a hyatt or a taj.

IndiaStaff was sullen, I was told I cannot take anyone up to my room, i didn't want to, but I don't expect to be told that at close too 6000 a day. they charged me for the full 3 days even though I needed to check out in 2.
