We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was simply amazing. The views, the room, the attention to detail, the service, the pool. The best hotel I have ever visited, can't wait to go back again.

It is hard to name a few as once again i was so impressed with my stay at this hotel, from the check in process, the smell of the hotel to the clenliness and attentivness of all staff, this truly is one if the most amazing hotels in the world and i will keep on returning, this was my 3rd stay and will certainly not be my last, looking at booking again next year, unbelievable property, we had our 1 year old with us and he was treated like a little prince! We have stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace several times and, each time that we have stayed there, we have been unable to find any fault with the hotel. The rooms in the old part of the hotel, in which we have always stayed, are spacious and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, helpful and very attentive and the hotel is excellently placed for Mumbai sightseeing. The food in the various restaurants in the hotel has always been of high quality. The swimming pool and gardens provide an oasis of calm within the city. It is difficult to praise the Taj Mahal Palace enough

The Taj Palace Hotel is luxurious and the staff go above expectations to help the guests. I stayed for 7 nights. The 4th floor room staff are just superb, they will always do whatever they can to help you. I do not usually mention staff by name in my reviews but the very high level of service in this hotel has inspired me to do so. I must mention Tavase who went to such lengths to make my room a little paradise, he and I think another chap decorated it with flower patterns on the marble floors (see photos). For instance he realised that i did not have a tooth brush and placed a new tooth brush (shop brought not a cheap temporary one) and tooth paste in my room. I should also mention Ajay and Raul for amongst other things for bringing free cakes to my room. Both for going the extra mile to make my stay a lovely experience. The food is very good. The beds are comfortable. I would stay here again.

The Taj Palace Hotel is luxurious and the staff go above expectations to help the guests. The food is very good. The room staff are superb, they will go to great lengths to help you. I must mention Surej on the 3rd floor for going the extra mile to make my stay a very good experience. I especially liked breakfast with the view of the bay and the fishing boats. The breakfast is great, very good range of choices and the staff at breakfast make you feel like very special.

NetherlandsHaving also slept at two other Taj properties, the breakfast at the Sea Lounge was a bit dissatisfying. At the other properties we were actively served coffee, tea, water and orders where taken/brought in a timely manner. At the Taj Palace we had to aak staff for a coffee top-up and to order a warm breakfast item. Unlike the other properties it wasn’t possible to order yourself either. Because cleaning tables was a serious activity for staff, we felt a bit pressured to eat our food and be gone. That didn’t match the generous service we’ve experienced at the other Taj properties nor any of the other staff of the hotel!
Royal treatment at reception and in room, location overlooking Gateway, complimentary tour of hotel with historian, hotel facilities, sleeping in an institution like the Taj and support from whole team to help us celebrate our anniversary.
