Everything was amazing, from the time we arrived, Reception desk staff were amazing, especially Ishaan who signed us in and allocated our room, he went up and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable enjoyable stay. The staff in club lounge/ breakfast/bar all were amazing, special thank you to Adithya in looked after us in the lounge and Lucky who was in all 3 areas, his attention to details was amazing. From the time we stepped into to hotel to the time we stepped out to leave all the staff were amazing, very welcoming and always smiling. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed out in all years of travelling around the world. The hotels should be awarded 6 stars.

On my first night some very loud and drunken guests at 3.15 a.m., in the outdoor area directly beneath room 301 , created so much noise that it became impossible to sleep. I was desperately trying to overcome bad jet lag and needed uninterrupted sleep, and this drunken group of guests created so much noise that I called the front desk 3 times between 3.15 am and 3.45 am to try and get these drunken guests evicted. The noise eventually subsided around 3.45 am but by then my night and my desperately needed sleep was completely disturbed and my jet lag cycle and recovery was ruined. I discussed this with the front desk manager and he promised me that this would be attended to. Healthy breakfast tip for your F&B Dept: Please please please can you arrange to have ALl Brtan cereal or bran flakes available. There were no bran or bran related product in the breakfast area.

The Laundry team and especially the three team members that serviced room 301 were outstanding. Misra and two other male laundry team were outstanding and so very very professional. Please can you make sure that your management gets toi find out who was doing the Laundry service in and for room 301. They were more than excellent.

There were twin beds when I had my child and wife with me. Should have booked single large bed. Maybe sold out.

The only thing which I had to worry during my parents stay was I had made the payment but it didn’t reflect on their system. Which they obviously resolved it and were very helpful bout it. But it would be great not to have those situation

It is very near to US visa consulate. The staffs were friendly and professional. The room was spacious. The buffet option was good. Too many options for you to choose.

Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the combination of Indian choices and international foods. The staff was very friendly. When I went to the pool the staff was very helpful and cautious about me possibly slipping.

A couple of areas for improvement: It's hard to reach you on the phone - to make a booking or confirm one. Too much delay in answering calls. There was a minor glitch while checking in as the concierge couldn't late my reservation. This caused a delay, which was avoidable.

Your staff was excellent. Professional, caring, warm always. Made me feel welcome at all times.

conveniently located. clean, neat & well appointed rooms. the in-room dining presentation was one of the best i’ve experienced at any hotel. the entire staff was extremely courteous & helpful. special mention has to be made of harshal bachhav, the front office supervisor & shruthi at sandouk! they are assets to any organization!!!
