Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaBut the room was quite dated and average. Coffee sachets are cheap and insufficient, would've preferred a nicer brand or a coffee machine. Some of the wood is chipped. Not proper writing table. Windows are not tinted, so we had to keep the curtains shut most of the time. TV Is old and small. Minibar wasn't stocked. Pillows were not sufficiently fluffy.
The property is fantastic, staff is incredible, food is excellent.

Easily one of the best hotels in Delhi. I have stayed here on a number of occasions and they never fail to impress me. The decor is impeccable, the staff are considerate, polite and accommodating. The food is lovely and the location is easy for both the airport and Gurgaon, with central Delhi within easy reach.

Oh god where do i start! Its a little late but my trip was so memorable like i was yesterday. Being an ex-oberoi employee myself I reserved the trident knowing full well what level of service i would be receiving and boy was i right! I’d like to mention the gem of the staff i met there, anurag and sneha. Anurag, from the early checkin, to the comp upgrade until the departure feedback, you were absolutely great and Sneha, thank you for being so generous and arranging that welcoming cake for me! Im currently in Dubai and handling the property as the duty manager and I must say employees like them are huge assets to the team. Once again, thank you everyone, you all have my heart! 🤍
