Old electrical switches, absence of a single master switch to turn everything off at night, plug points and some switches don’t work. No plug point for the iron.

Excellent location and great staff. Housekeeping was exceptional. Little things like 5 high speed elevators that ensure you don’t have to wait are a plus

- once roomservice urged us to tell an exact time when they can clean our room. With a baby in this age it’s hardly possible, because the sleeping and eating rhythm is not yet regular. When talking to a manager about the issue it was handled with the greatest professionalism and care (despite I just wanted to know if we really need to give an exact timing). As said, just trident quality. Amazing!

Really really good, location, staff, professionalism - service was amazing - amazing facilities gym: Mumbai Indians cricketers even trained alongside the normal guests // pool - staff was extremely friendly (especially Santosh who was mostly at the oberoi pool, which could be utilized as well) - one huge point: chef cooked breakfast for our 8 month old daughter (with such great care) - thanks so much for the great stay in Mumbai

Lifts were a bit slow, had to wait for a while to get down even though there were 5 Lifts of each floor from what I remembered. Also why isn't the carpets outside the corridor along the rooms not vacuumed? Rooms looked slightly dated but clean overall.

The service of staff was excellent, friendly and ever willing to help. Breakfast spread was also good. The ambiance on the ground floor was nice and smelt divine.

Upgrade breakfast , had to wait almost half hour in morning for breakfast ,which is very sad ...should extend breakfast in other restaurants , pathetic to stand in queue like railway platform....

The lobby was overcrowded and it took long to check in

The view, the view, the view......!!! The unobstructed view of the stunning Arabian Sea is clearly the winner. It's a 5 ✨ property so everything else is as per that standard but nothing can beat the view it offers from the rooms, the pool level and the rooftop.

The food prices were a bit exorbitant- AUD$16 for a couple of scoops of ice cream!

Despite the faded exterior the hotel is lovely and well maintained. Great pool and breakfast and gym has everything you need.

We were billed 11k more than the actual tariff!!! Of course, once pointed out it was rectified immediately but was a bit of a surprise!!!!

The room had a GREAT view but could have been larger. Bathroom definitely could be larger and would have preferred a tub. Breakfast was decent but honestly spread could be better by 5 star standards. Location of course is the bext in town. The Staff was particularly helpful, specially Khevna from Inroom Dining.

World-class staff and attention to detail. We had a suite, which was stunning. The views are Bombay's best. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner at Vetra (Oberoi wing) was truly special. Just a great experience overall.
