Breakfast could have been more “European” but it was still very acceptable. (I like Indian food but prefer British/European/American food for breakfast.)

Bathrooms are terrible and old fashioned - needs a complete refurbish for a 4 star hotel. Our earlier room was stinking due to the bathroom and they gave another room which was better but still the bathroom lacks quality.

It is an absolutely fantastic property. You find something royal-like and at every corner of the hotel. It is small but you still feel like you travel back in time. The people were very attentive and kind. The terrace was very pretty. It is also outside of the bustling and rough at times old town which was a bonus point, overall I definitely recommend it.

The property was a little way out from the city but this was ok as Jaipur is very noisy. It was clean and the room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was good to have and was also clean.

Bathroom a bit too small

Here you'll definitely find comfort in a local environment, we loved the design of the hotel, it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, location was calm, 10 min from the central area by Uber. We would recommend!

The hotel is a beautiful building in indian heritage style. The rooms are clean and spacious. The dinner is really good and there is regularly life Indian music. Very friendly staff. Also a nice swimming pool.

The location often is mistaken with another similarly named hotel and it adds hassle when you are trying to get back, especially if you're a foreigner and the local drivers don't speak good english.

Great small hotel. If you like to stay in a small hotel that gives you the Rajasthan feeling - then this is the one. It's very colourful and even garish but in a nice way. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant serves tasty freshly made rajasthani food. The terrace is great to relax on or entertain and there is a small pool to relax in. Really enjoyable place to stay in while in Jaipur. The breakfast offered while plentiful is very indian and not really tailored to continental taste but it is not like you cannot find anything to eat...it's fine - just not great. Lastly - the cherry on the cake is the massage spa next door. They offer great massages for those who like a strong pair of hands.

The location was further from the centre of Jaipur than we had expected and the room was much smaller than the photos on booking.com had suggested,so we felt that the price we paid was not good value for money.

The pool was a welcome facility and the dinner menu was extensive. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and appreciated staying in a heritage building.

It was a bit inside and not on the main road but still accessible via a rickshaw to MI road and Bapu bazaar...

Booked royal suite for 3 pax. Was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Breakfast was tasty with lot of options. Loved the rooftop seating.

When we and our friends arrived late at night due to a flight cancellation we were given smaller rooms than what we paid for & complained to the Night Manager & had to wait till the morning to discuss with Day Manager. The Night Manager took us to our room along with the young porters bringing our luggage. The Night Manager always seemed to be hanging around to receive a tip which was meant for the porters.(not sure if he passed it onto porters or gave them a smaller amount & kept the rest, rather disappointing).

The room we ended up with was quite spacious & good. Thanks to the Day Manager Bharat who upgraded our room from the one we were initially given when we arrived late at night to what we arranged & paid for, he also was helpful in arranging a driver and car for our stay, all without any fuss. The food that was available for breakfast and at the restaurant along with the staff in these areas was very good & attentive to our needs. The Day Manager Bharat & other staff that were cleaning the rooms & overall cleaning of the hotel were always polite and did a great job in making our stay enjoyable.

Reception/ front desk attitude. Looks like they need some training. We reached quite late & we're getting late for dinner as restaurant was getting closed,but they wanted us to make payment first & then proceed further . Was a bit stunned being in Rajasthan as it's known for its hospitality culture. Sometimes good reviews makes one a bit forgetful.

Ambience, the heritage feeling , cleanliness terrace restaurant, food, rooms & hotel is beautifully done. Good stay.

Nice small hotel, Friendly staff, (Front office) could do with more training. Excellent Food and friendly Staff. The room was comfortable with 1 queen size and 1 single bed, a bit cramped but perfect for a family of 3. HOusekeeping too was excellent

Rooms to dark, location was also not the best

Inside location was gorgeous, super authentic. The rooms are great, breakfast buffet was also great. Masala tea also really good. We had dinner at the hotel, the food was great and the show super entertaining
