“Some of the happiest, most helpful staff I've ever seen and I've spent nearly a decade working working in ski hotels! On arrival, I found it very tricky to park our rental car and the Manager just came up to me and said give me the key my park it for you for the week at our other hotel and that was the last I saw of it! Amazing team from the cleaning staff to the reception.”
