It was a little complicated to be with a dog as area is not fenced and entrance was almost directly to the street, but it depends on the room. Also there are not so many privacy and sound isolation, as our room window was to the street and washing room. Also room was small with shared kitchen/living room.

Location is perfect to visit all main cities as Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino. Also wonderful location because of views to take a walk or cycling. Hosts are very welcome and caring: enviroment like a home.

Our host Gigliola and her husband were the kindest people that ever hosted us! I have an eye for details, for beauty and interior design, for comfort, and their place captured the most beautiful spirit of Tuscany! I couldn’t recommend Agriturismo Lunadoro enough!

Our stay at Agriturismo Lunadoro exceeded our expectations. It was closer to the road than we had imagined. There could be better sound isolation in the rooms.

The owners, particularly Gigliola whom we contacted with the most, are extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing and the view from the back of the house was incredible, like a postcard. The rooms are very well decorated and the apartment’s kitchen is very well equipped.

The breakfast had some options for a low price but the coffee was bad and the jars of jam/honey served in our table were previously used by other guests.The same jars were served to different tables until they finish.This is very unhygienic.The entire property definitely looked much better in the photos.we were quite disappointed when we arrived.The building,the room and the breakfast area looked more beautiful andd luxurious in the photos.The property was ok but the high review score was misleading.Also the ventilation in the barthroom was too noisy.

Booked for three nights and ended up staying only one. We stayed in one of the double rooms on the backside of the house. We found that the mattress was of poor quality and extremely soft, providing little support - so we actually ended up sleeping on a camping mattress on the ground! The room was also cold at night and the owners said it couldn’t be heated (we were provided with a wool blanket though). The sound isolation is also pretty poor and it’s easy to hear other guests in their room or common area. Overall this part of the house is pretty dark and not as beautiful as in the pictures. pool was overall nice but quite a few dead insects in the water in the afternoon. Most problematic for us was that the hosts did not respond to our concerns in any accommodating manner. But at least they agreed to reduce the number of days!

Great location in a beautiful landscape. The view from the pool area is truly stunning and there is a lot to explore in the neighborhood.

Particular apartment didn’t have enough lighting in the living room/kitchen and the view wasn’t as great as of the other apartments overlooking the pool and hills behind.

The owners are great, very helpful, nice and not intrusive at the same time. The location is perfect for visiting all the sights (Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Montepulcino, Val D’Orcia…), although it is not on top of the hill. It is really helpful that they have a list of suggested restaurants - which are are really great. I suggest taking the breakfast since it is really good - no one should miss their home made yoghurt.
