ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!! This stay exceeded all of my expectations. I am already planning on returning as soon as I can. FANTASTIC STAY!!! The only bad thing was that I did not stay longer!

I LOVED EVERYTHING!!! The room was super spacious and comfortable, the breakfasts and dinners were phenomenal and there is a shuttle that goes to town. 5 star service, everything from the daily towel changes and complimentary waters to the friendly and accommodating staff. Andrea and his team are the best. It was such an outstanding and memorable experience.

Amazing location with incredible views of Montepulciano. Andrea was so accommodating, truly an excellent host and the free shuttle they provide into town was so helpful. The restaurant on the premise was superb, all run by friendly staff. Do not hesitate to book, we wish we never had to leave!

It is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! Gorgeous surroundings, bridgerton type rooms but with a classic Tuscan touch 🥰 very clean, restaurant is insanely good, owned by the owners and definitely recommend to book a reso!

Incredible experience!!!! The nicest family owns it. It is a perfect location and the shuttle is incredible. The restaurant on site was one of the best meals I have had in Italy and I used to live there for 5 months/been to many regions. Andrea helped us find an amazing hike nearby. His sons were so kind. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Very well located in a lovely rural setting with very good facilities and wonderful host. The shuttle service into Montepulciano was very useful. The room was serviced daily which was a real bonus. The breakfast was excellent and would highly recommend the restaurant which we ate at 4 nights / it was that good. convenient and pleasant.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. It also was difficult to find a medium temperature. Either it was cold or scalding hot. That was unpleasant. But that's the only thing we thought could be better.

Breakfast was great with healthy options. Andrea is a superb host, so helpful with ideas of where to go, knowledgeable and a dedicated owner of his agriturismo. We were very impressed with him.

Absolutely stunning in the middle of vineyard with visible hill top town of Montepulciano through my window. Location was perfect to reach from Rome by car and also to see the Val de Orca areas. Owner family was very caring and they have a fantastic restaurant on site . Car park free was added bonus .

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. To start, the dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived was absolutely spectacular. Probably the best meal we had the entire trip. Next, the proximity to vineyards and wineries in the city center can’t be beat. The owner, Andrea, was the most attentive agriturismo owner I’ve ever experienced. He responds to messages almost instantaneously and is always willing to go out of his way to help the guests. The shuttle service he provides is impeccable and he is incredibly accommodating. They even have a charge port for electric cars, they’ve thought of everything! We will never stay anywhere else when we return to Montepulciano.

There was nothing that could have made our stay better.

We rented an apartment and it was everything I wanted for a stay in Tuscany; so charming and the most amazing views everywhere you turned! The shuttle service they offer saved us time and time again. Angela and Lorenzo took care of every need. We also dined in the onsite restaurant and it was our favorite two meals of the trip; yes we liked it so much we skipped our dinner in Montepulciano and ate at Oliviete again :) Lucia, we miss you!! I can't rave enough about Nobile, we went on to Venice and wish we had stayed where we were :)

The attention to detail and comfort at this agriturismo was fantastic. The food in their restaurant was very high quality and their breakfast was also great, with local jams. The beds in the room were very comfortable, and the bottles of water also a nice touch. Having a shuttle to Montepulciano city included in your stay was an unexpected bonus, making our day even more pleasant.

Super beautiful apartment. We had a great stay in the pink room and everything is decorated traditionally but very new. The host is very kind and helpful even though we arrived quite late in the evening.

breakfast was amazing! All the tarts and breads homeade and cappucinos to order. Andrea was wonderful! He was super fast to take us to Montepulciano or pick us up. The dinner at their restaurant fantastic--local olive oil, homeade bread, wine and pasta! This was our favorite stay! Loved it all and can't say enough~

We felt this was a lucky selection for us. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and the design was all Tuscany. A great view, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, flowers and landscape. Plentiful and reasonable breakfast, and outstanding dinner selection and quality. We loved all about Agriturismo Nobile!!

Comfortable and peaceful stay at the Agriturismo Nobile. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. Felt a bit like visiting someone’s home (in a good way). The location was good and transportation to the Montepulciano centre was effortless thanks to the staff. The breakfast was tasty and plenty. Would visit again.

This was our third visit and we love this place. It is a farm just outside the city, with all the chilled vibes of a farm but in 5 mins you are in montepulciano. The apartments are very traditional and have everything you will need. On-site restaurant is fantastic. The staff are all so nice and helpful - a family business. They also offer a shuttle to Montepulciano! This is a fantastic service. The gardens in the farm are beautifully maintained.

I think that some coffee capsules and tea would be appreciated in the kitchen upon arrival. And maybe some cleaning of the apartment every two or three days would be better.

Location was ideal, very close to Montepulciano. Scenery and view fantastic. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed was very clean and comfortable. Andrea the owner was very helpful in all our requests.The restaurant one of the best we have ever been.

An ideally located Agroturismo just at the foot of Montepulciano. Very clean and well kept rustic rooms with. We stayed 3 nights and had good breakfasts and a lunch. Andrea and his family were very welcoming and helpful and the courtesy bus service they provide into and back from town whenever you need it is such a bonus. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
