The bar on the 7th floor - they wouldn't let us sit in the dining area (tables were all empty) and at one point said we could sit outside. We waited and nobody came to take our order and it was cold outside. So we came back and sat in the dining room anyway. There is not enough room in the bar area.

The room size was great - the breakfast buffet was also very good with lots of options.

Breakfast just amazing. In fact the best breakfast we have ever had away ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff really friendly and helpful. Girls liked the spa. There is even a private art gallery. 20 min walk to Colosseum, 10 min walk Rome railstation, 15 min walk Trevi Fountain, 45 min walk to Vatican. Plenty of restaurants around.

Everything about this hotel, including the staff, is exceptional. We were upgraded for both our stays - rooms were beautiful and beds extremely comfortable. The mini bar is free - such a lovely touch. Breakfast is superb - one of the best we have ever had and definitely the best we encountered on our trip through Italy. The rooftop bar is lovely, with wonderful views over Rome. All the staff are extremely welcoming and go above and beyond to help, ensuring you have the best experience possible.

The room was on the small side. The rain shower head was spraying in many locations. It just needs to be cleaned properly.

Breakfast, staff, bed and pillows were excellent. Many hotels in Italy, specifically the beds and pillows, are lacking so they did a great job with this detail.

I really didn’t like that our bedsheets was changed every day. I mean why? It is so unsustainable! We only stayed 3 nights. It would be great to change this and follow what most of the other hotels are doing - offer to change bedsheets/towels upon request by the guest as opposed to do it automatically every day.

Everything was excellent! Room was a standard European size, clean and cosy. Walking distance to everything. Spa is nice and clean. All staff was very friendly and helpful! And the breakfast was absolutely AMAZING!!! Really recommend this hotel!

Nothing negative to say about Hotel Artemide! This place exceeded our expectations. A little sad that we we’re only in Rome for a few days, we would have loved to stay longer at this amazing hotel. Every staff member that we had the honor of meeting was absolutely fantastic! We also received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite upon check in - beautiful! We will be back - A++++++++

Spacious room and bathroom, generous complimentary minibar, friendly staff especially in breakfast room and restaurant, central location, excellent in-house restaurant, breakfast buffet exceptional, generosity with ‘extras’.

The only complaint was the shower setup was totally inadequate. The glass partition was way too small to accommodate taking a shower without getting the floor very wet and slippery. And the tub itself was very slippery.
