Excellent location, in the heart of town, everything you need is around you - pizzeries, cafès, restaurants, supermarkets - and the Via Corso Nazionali, the principal street where you can see beautiful people and listen their amazing Italian language, like music! ❤🇮🇹

Being right in the middle of the town has its disadvantages too - with noisy people in the outside square area. That’s not the fault of this place but a reflection on the nights we stayed (Fri and Sat in winter) so bring some earplugs. The bathroom, whilst well appointed is very small. The stairs were amongst the steepest we’ve experienced and some would struggle to get up them especially with a suitcase . The breakfast is a voucher system redeemed at a local cafe - with limited options. A coffee and a croissant may not be considered as much of a breakfast for some guests

Our particular room was very small. The staircase entry was precipitous. This really only added character but not suitable for someone with physical limitations.

The character of the B&B was charming. The owners were very helpful and friendly. This property is well placed in the old city and fronts a lovely plaza.

The bed slats were broken on one side so had to keep very still!

just a feww side notes: A small group at the square kept making noise and kept me awake till 2pm, the sound contamination was as if they were sitting next to bed, possibly another room would have been quieter. I did not realise the hosts are not on site, but need to be called at arrival. Flight of stairs to the room, no lift. No kettle (tea/coffee making facilities)

Lovely and accommodating hosts. They offered me another room, bigger and much nicer (and shown in the photos) than the smaller balcony room. But I chose the smaller room as I wanted to enjoy the view of the square at night. Amazing central location, and easy access to restaurants, shops and touristy stuff.

Bed was very soft. The stairs up the rooms are incredibly steep.

we only speak English. Had trouble understanding where to park. We did figure out parking. Host was nice.

We enjoyed our stay - the room was clean and comfortable, the balcony made a nice spot to sit and watch the goings on in the square below. Communication was clear and efficient. Breakfast in a local cafe was a nice addition. It was a good value booking.

The room was amazing get decore, clean, spacious. Great location to all amenities. Breakfast not impressed. Had to go to a cafe up the road which was ok, but the staff there were not very friendly and could only have coffee and croissant 🥐

Some smell in the bathroom (it's an old house) But nice and very clean. Just coffe, tea and a croissant for breakfast.

Big, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Just in the middle of the city center with a lot of bars and restaurants. One of the room had a big balcony with flowers where we sat and relaxed. Just a short walk to the beach.

Everything about this property was perfect. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and lovely! We rang Piero as soon as we arrived and a minute later his wife greeted us and gave us a tour of our room. We had to leave early the next morning because we were driving down to Reggio Calabria to catch a ferry to Sicily so we unfortunately didn’t have time to have breakfast. When we return to Termoli we will definitely come back and stay longer.

Not a lot .. not to like .. it was so lovely , that perhaps a balcony would have added to the feeling of luxury

Fabulously finished , with high class fittings and furnishings .. and a lovely window overlooking the square in quite a beautiful town .. clean and spacious and the owners was a joy to deal with ( albeit through Italian ) We were also allowed to store out bags after check out which is always a help on trips

This room was in a fantastic spot, an easy walk to the train, beach, old town and shops. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. I especially loved the breakfast which you walk up the road to a local coffee shop with the most incredible croissants and pastries, delicious! Check in was easy.

The stone construction made the room a little damp for our stay early in the season.

Excellent location and how to access the room which was important as the bus arrival was at 20:45? The price point for the room was spot on and included a breakfast at a local café.
