We travelled with a small dog and for me the room was too small for the 3 of us.

The location is perfect! We read many bad comments about the receptionist but it was self service check in with the keys in a box. So, not issues in our side and the communication with the owner was nice. One thing that we recommend is if you have huge luggage please go first for the keys and then use the elevator, otherwise there are some stairs..

Some of the plug socket covers are a bit loose, and there was no kitchen (but this was said in the description and we knew about the lack of kitchen so it was no issue)

The location was ideal, less than 10 minutes from the train station, very close to restaurants and in the city center, and it has a carrefour on the same block. The room itself was very pleasant, a clean and spacious bathroom with a big shower. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was great for the rainy days, there’s also a fridge, desk, kettle and plenty of storage space.

Long-distance check-in only, dislike the way to pay for city tax, was asked to connect to a different website/link to pay. The bag storage costs 5 euro, even for a small backpack for 2 hours, so I didn't use it.

Really lovely and comfy ensuite bedroom, with a kettle to use, very clean and new shower room with a hair dryer. I was lucky to be located in a room 7 mins away from the train station. I booked 1 month in advance and got a great price. Be ware of the room's actual location is not the same on the page, could be another address.

Parking was not included - parking in city is expensive or very hard to find and also not safe parking in city. The hygine could be better - sheets are not in covers, covers are under or upper from sheets and only covers are cleaned every time!!

It was cheap and the location was good - near the train station and walking distance to the marina. Apartment feels safe.

Very small. Bed set up on a slightly higher platform which creates a small step in the walk through area which can be a trip hazard. Not a big issue though.

I was on a vacation with my wife, and we were only staying for one night, so we were looking for a room that was affordable, clean, and provided good value for our money. Room size: enough space for 2 people, The bed was comfortable, a nice balcony, coffee, and tea. Location: The hotel is conveniently situated, close to the metro station, and la spetzia port and many other supermarkets. Hotel reception: The lady was very friendly and helpful and came on time for the check-in. Cleanliness: The room was very clean.

There was no a double bad but 2 single mattress placed side by side that opens all night long. There’s a unevenness inside the room that is dangerous. It’s a nosy place It’s a dirty building

Comfortable room, good water pressure & so nice to have daily refreshes. The location is just a street back from restaurants and shopping, and a 5-7min walk to La Spezia Station.

First thing that disappointed us is that you walk your way through the streets that are not made to be walked on with the trolley bag, you do all your way from the train station to the address from booking website, then a girl meets you and says that the apartment is on the opposite side of the building, so, hungry, sweaty and thirsty you gotta pull the trolley to the new address. And second thing is - they allowed us to bring the dog, of course for an additional charge, and that’s fine, but, they charge for the dog per day, but clean the room only once in three days so all that being said, for the five days of our presence in that room, it was cleaned only once.

We were lucky to have a room with a balcony, the flat is situated right in the heart of La Spezia, good shower, good air conditioning, comfy bed, yet a weird step on the floor near the bed, or gotta get used to it if you don’t want to break your neck, wi-fi is great.

Everything was great until the air condition making a loud noise in the early morning which kept us awake & we didn’t have great night. We switched off the air cond but it still making noise until another 30 minutes. As it was a hot night we don’t have air cond nor a fan! No apology from the owner or offer compensation.

The location is excellent. Very convenient to train station & buses. Also just a step away for food. The room is clean. Staff is excellent.

No service, problem reaching the people who were supposed to check us in. We had problems with the air con but they didn’t try to help us in any way, they even turned off the phone. We paid for Lia Rooms 4 (3-star), but only got nr. 2 (2-star).

The air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working. One of the rooms was a lot smaller than the other one.
