The bathroom was clean, although it could do with an update (showerhead eg.).

The hotel is well situated between Termini station (15 minutes walk) and the Colosseum (15 minutes walk). It has a certain old school charm, as does the friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Staff so freindly nothing was to much bother, 24hr staff pn duty. The location was excellent within walking distance from the main attraction I.e vatican, Spanish steps ect. Metro easy to use . Must visit restaurant next door to hotel really italian and lovely atmosphere and food.

Breakfast was great and served on a nice terrace! Excellent location with a metro stop a few steps from the hotel and lots of buses. Room was quiet and comfortable, highly recommended!

Elevator needs some maintenance. Otherwise, wall was good.

Mr. Gigi was extremely nice and very helpful. He also accommodated my early arrival and served me complimentary coffee and pastry. Breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient, close to Termini train station and close to most attractions and dining options.

The rooms are small.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything. Staff will give you a map and show you the way to all the tourist places

The staff were amazing as was the location and hotel, overall. We did not realise our terrace was separate to room but it was a beautiful terrace but would have preferred it directly in room. The breakfast was fab. Thank you.

Really love the location of the hotel. Very close/within walking distance to all major attractions. The train and bus station are also within the area to take you through out the city.

Sweet part of breakfast but seemed something general in Rome. Enjoyed the salty one.

Noisy traffic outside but that’s the magic of central Rome

Enjoyed the garden breakfast area as there is very little outside space in the area. Fresh coffee and breakfast fare each morning

The location was good. We walked a couple of blocks from the train station to the Hotel. It was walking distance to the Colosseum and some good restaurants. The staff was helpful with our large group on arrival. My room was very small but others had nice larger rooms. Breakfast was good up on the patio.

The location is great. Approximately 300m from Roma Termini. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

I can’t complaint about anything

Ideal location to walk the historic area (apprx 15-25 min walk ) as well as the Rome Termini Station (10 min walk). It was also clean and ideal size if for travelers who don’t plan to spend time indoors but rather be out exploring and having a comfortable a clean room to rest. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff.

Only issue was the smell in our room, we were fortunately moved to another room and appreciated that. Wasnt sure if it was mold and wanted to be save. The new room and old we noticed didnt have the best in draining in the shower, so perhaps this effected the smell too.

Location was great, hotel was in good shape and maintained for the most part but staff was the best part! Gigi was fantastic, we felt he made the experience and took great care of us. He even gave us a ride to the train station! The other gentlemen (Hugo?-sorry forgetting name-shaved head) was great and fun to connect with too! We understand it was a busy weekend and enjoyed the location, places close by, and ease to the train station.
