Hard to communicate with owners. They were not on sight and when speaking with them they would not listen just talk in an agitated voice! May have just been the Italian way.

One bed was very uncomfortable and noisy when one person moved Lounge needs to be replaced as plastic leather peeling and when sit on it it stuck all over your clothes. A few dirty dishes in the cupboard

Lovely and clean apartment, well appointed with all required amenities. In a great location, close to S. Marco, Rialto and Cannaregio.

The kitchen is amazing but no frying pans or saucepans which was fun when you've been out and brought a meal to cook!

So spacious, felt like a home from home! Really felt like we actually lived in Venice for a few days! Lovely cafe just on the corner as well. We had an incident where we locked ourselves out, completely our fault, but it was resolved quickly by the owner who was prompt and so accommodating.

The mosquitoes were an major issue, the furniture was well and truly past its used by date. The kitchen had very limited supplies . Would have loved more pegs for washing

A few small things were in need of repair or replacement, but it wasn’t enough to mar the experience.

This place was incredible. Perfect location, easily accessible. The host was responsive and warm. The beds were amazing. The place is much larger than it looks from pictures.

Poor lightning especally in the bedrooms, no a/c in bedrooms so we had to keep bedrooms open to get some cool air from the kitchen a/c. Many things in the apartmeng need to be repaired also. Like toilet flushing, shower door does not close, walls need to be whitewashed. Things like this puts you off. No electric kettle and so on.

The coffee machine and the kettle didn’t work and the kitchen floor was very sticky, probably from the cooking vapour. The living couch was also a little bit damaged, the fabric was falling off and sticking to our clothes. Maybe it should be considered to replace it. Other than this, everything was great and we would definetly come back.

Tha apartment was very nice, spacious and in a good location. We had almost everything we needed, for 2 nights it was exactly what we were looking for.

1) There was no AC in rooms, neither did it have any fan (one room had a pedestal fan, other did not). Only AC was in tv lounge and one at the entrance of the apartment. It was hot once we arrived and that night was a bit tough to sleep. But we had to keep the ACs on for 24 hours to keep the apartment cool. 2) leather of tv lounge sofa was worn out and once u sit on it, the leather pcs gets stuck to ur clothes. 3) Dirty washing Machine. There was fungus in the compartments. Not fit to use. (Pic attached) 4)The bath tub wasn’t covered with a sliding door or shower curtain, thus the washroom used to get all wet. 5) Comforters were dirty, lots of stains! 6)Electric kettle was broken.

The host responsed very slowly, or even didn't response. The kettle didn't work, and the host refused to have it fixed or replaced.

Most facilities are very good, and clean. The location is very convenient to access key sight.

1. General Problem with Booking.com & Other Website - They do not share floor of the property which is must for someone with small kids and senior citizens. They do not share proper location of the property at the time of booking, you are on your luck. Why don't they tag each property separately and give separate details for each. Here in this case also host write different location in address, why should a tourist trust and book the property. 2. In this case host has various property. "The booked property" and "the address on google map of the property which was shares with us" were different house number. We were trying entry code on different house number. Luckily both the houses were close by. 3. Even the photograph shown here are of 2 apartment combined. There is no pic of 1 small room in our apartment in this listing. Everything is combined and mixed up. 4. The furniture & fittings in house are of low quality that you always feel that you will break some furniture or fittings. 5. Showers are not at all good.

Host was nice, she even allowed us to keep our bags in entry lobby. The size of the apartment was good. 2 bathroom is good. This property is on 1st Floor. Location is fine. House was clean.

The kettle and the coffee makers do not work. Stove did so boiling water was ok but since the coffee maker and kettle are advertised it would be nice if they worked.

Location in old town Venice is excellent. Walk from train station to apartment was very interesting and a great introduction to Venice narrow alleys.
