We loved the location. 2 mins walk to the beach, 3 mins to Forio town centre. The bus stop was next to the Parco Del Generale so the whole island was easily accessible. Paola was so helpful and happy to answer any questions on where to go, nice places to dine, and suggest places on the island to visit. The room was lovely and well maintained, Although many other hotels and properties close their swimming pool from the end of September, both indoor and outdoor pools were fully open during out visit in October. Paolo brought us breakfast each morning which we enjoyed on our spacious balcony. We highly recommend the Parco Del Generale and hope to return with family some day.

I liked everything

The property is amazing! It felt so relaxing and I felt at home right away. Paola is wonderful and kind. The views are stunning, and my favorite part was having a cappuccino on the porch in the morning! (Paola made amazing coffee!) Every detailed is thought of and has a personal touch. We loved the mattress! The color scheme, the tiles, everything had a personal touch. Fantastic! Great shower, too. Can't wait to go back there again!

Location across from the sea with a balcony. Room was bright and airy bust street but windows cut off outside noise. comfortable bed Kitchen facilities for making tea coffee etc.

Location could not have been better for visiting Forio. Paola was super helpful and offered such good recommendations. I loved the island and hope to return someday. I will stay here for sure. The local bus is just outside the door and great restaurants are within an easy walking distance. Such a nice break after Rome.

I cannot find anything i did not like as all was perfect for our holiday

Location was perfect. We were able to watch the sun set every evening from our balcony. Just a short stroll over the road and we were on a beautiful beach with the locals. All recommendations from the host were perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

We would have loved more than one pillow per person.

Paola the host was excellent. The most helpful person we have come across on our trip. The grounds and gardens were wonderful with very pretty views from the pool area. The apartment was a good size with everything needed for a short stay.

There was nothing to dislike

A comfortable spacious apartment set in quiet gardens but only a short walk to the centre of Forio. A much better option for the evening than being a bus ride away. Paola is an excellent host giving great information and recommendations for days out and restaurants.

Fantastic location, close to the beach and centre of Forio. The ferry arrives about 100 meters from the property - very handy. Beautiful garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were very comfortable. I appreciated the private car park.

The room we had overlooked the marina and the sun sets were awesome Paola was the ultimate host. Always making sure we were looked after and made reservations for dinner She is extremely knowledgeable and advised of trips and activities

Paola is very helpful. She helped us plan our activities for our stay and gave us many recommendations for bars and restaurants. The location is perfect. Right in front of a gorgeous beach and walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

This is such a great location in Forio B and B is delicious and Located perfect to everything! Exceed our expectations If we didn’t have to Leave with other reservations would have stayed longer at this lovely air B and B ! ! Thanks Paola we will be back ! Ciao Claudia

There are lots of steps to get to some apartments, so older people would be wise to ask for ground level if possible

Position so near the beach and the shops. The swimming pool is lovely and the gardens are beautiful, especially when they are lit up at night.

Nothing it was amazing

The hostess Paula was amazing she showed us around and told us about all the best restaurants to go visit in the area. Our apartment had a balcony overlooking the sea. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the town. The bus stop is directly outside the complex also and Paula met us to ensure we knew where to go and even allowed us to have an early check in. A brilliant experience and will most definitely be returning.

Everything was great. Drinking water was available from an outside tap which was a real plus, didn’t have to buy water. Encouraged recycling, and power (AC) +++

Our apartment was out front, right off the busy main road so it was VERY noisy mid-summer. We had to keep the windows closed to help with this. Also we had no balcony/outdoor space so it felt very enclosed and claustrophobic on 35oC days. I wouldn't stay in that apartment again due to the noise and the fact there was only one very small sofa that seats 2 for an apartment that sleeps 5 .

Beautiful grounds, a stones throw from the village. The swimming pool was perfect. Paola the property manager was amazing, very efficient and super helpful.

We thought this was a B&B not apartment rental so we were a bit surprised. We were repeatedly asked to take out garbage and wash dishes even when checking out. I dont know why for 160€ per night I should be taking out garbage when checking out with two little babies (thats actually irrelevant that we had small kids with us). You have to wear hat in the pool (its provided) and water is too warm to refresh in July. Its an 8,5 -8,6 property to me.

The hosts were nice and welcoming - always ready to give advice. The whole area of the property is very nice, green and lush and well kept. Its close to town. Apartment was big enough and had all we needed. Cot was provided.
