The apartments are located very centrally, near the port and the bus stop, so getting around the island is very easy. The property has a nice little pool and a jacuzzi, which we once used and it was really nice. Paola, the host, was extremely kind and helpful and she made sure all our needs were met. She also gave us some great recommendations on what to eat around Forio and stuff to do around the island. The room was very cosy and super clean, with a balcony overlooking the port.

Incredibly helpful host Paola - made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us as well as providing lots of other useful information. Communication was fast through WhatsApp. Stunning loction, close to port, access to quiet pool and spa.

There was absolutely nothing not to like!!!!!

. In addition to everything exceding our very high expections in every way, Paola, the owner, made our experience something we will remember and probably talk about for the rest of our lives! She helped me arrange meeting my relatives and became our translator! She also made reservations for all the restaurants that she knew were the best value. When her name was mentioned we felt we were being treated special! It's obvious how well she is known and well thought of! Paola also helped us plan every day with things we should do. We felt like," life styles of the rich and famous" with a personal guide! The room was spacious and immaculate! The view from our balcony, where we often had our amazing Italian breakfast, was breathtaking! The location couldn't have been better. The bus stopped right in front of our room and the walk along the sea to the center of town took less that five minutes. The beach was just across the street, 30 seconds away! The value for the cost seemed to good to be true! It would have been a great deal if it were three times as much. If you are going to Ischia I recommend Forio, and look no further for a place to stay, you've found it!!!

We loved the location. 2 mins walk to the beach, 3 mins to Forio town centre. The bus stop was next to the Parco Del Generale so the whole island was easily accessible. Paola was so helpful and happy to answer any questions on where to go, nice places to dine, and suggest places on the island to visit. The room was lovely and well maintained, Although many other hotels and properties close their swimming pool from the end of September, both indoor and outdoor pools were fully open during out visit in October. Paolo brought us breakfast each morning which we enjoyed on our spacious balcony. We highly recommend the Parco Del Generale and hope to return with family some day.

I liked everything

The property is amazing! It felt so relaxing and I felt at home right away. Paola is wonderful and kind. The views are stunning, and my favorite part was having a cappuccino on the porch in the morning! (Paola made amazing coffee!) Every detailed is thought of and has a personal touch. We loved the mattress! The color scheme, the tiles, everything had a personal touch. Fantastic! Great shower, too. Can't wait to go back there again!

Location could not have been better for visiting Forio. Paola was super helpful and offered such good recommendations. I loved the island and hope to return someday. I will stay here for sure. The local bus is just outside the door and great restaurants are within an easy walking distance. Such a nice break after Rome.

I cannot find anything i did not like as all was perfect for our holiday

Location was perfect. We were able to watch the sun set every evening from our balcony. Just a short stroll over the road and we were on a beautiful beach with the locals. All recommendations from the host were perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Paola the host was excellent. The most helpful person we have come across on our trip. The grounds and gardens were wonderful with very pretty views from the pool area. The apartment was a good size with everything needed for a short stay.

There was nothing to dislike

A comfortable spacious apartment set in quiet gardens but only a short walk to the centre of Forio. A much better option for the evening than being a bus ride away. Paola is an excellent host giving great information and recommendations for days out and restaurants.

Fantastic location, close to the beach and centre of Forio. The ferry arrives about 100 meters from the property - very handy. Beautiful garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were very comfortable. I appreciated the private car park.

There are lots of steps to get to some apartments, so older people would be wise to ask for ground level if possible

Position so near the beach and the shops. The swimming pool is lovely and the gardens are beautiful, especially when they are lit up at night.

Nothing it was amazing

The hostess Paula was amazing she showed us around and told us about all the best restaurants to go visit in the area. Our apartment had a balcony overlooking the sea. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the town. The bus stop is directly outside the complex also and Paula met us to ensure we knew where to go and even allowed us to have an early check in. A brilliant experience and will most definitely be returning.
