Comfortable stay in a beautiful area. Spacious apartment was furnished with high-quality electrical appliances and cutlery that made self-catering a breeze. There was a coffee making machine and kettle for making tea in each room. A breakfast basket, milk and juice was provided on check-in as the property does not provide food/breakfast. Riccardo will send you a list of restaurants in the area to visit. The family are friendly and we enjoyed their cellar tour and wine tasting a lot, the passion of the family for the wine they make is palpable. All their small production is already pre-committed so don’t count on being able to buy any bottles.

Riccardo is the most perfect host, he made late night arrival accommodations and also ensured we had dinner reservations during a busy time in the area. His wine, exceptional!

The accommodation was fantastic, offering everything We needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with lovely views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside. The owners were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They went out of their way to ensure that We had an unforgettable visit. We had the opportunity to learn about the winemaking process, sample some of their exceptional wines, and even join in on a vineyard tour. Their passion for what they do was palpable, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Beautiful place to stay, the location is great, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the view from the windows-breathtaking. What makes this place so special is the owner Riccardo, it was a pleasure to get to know him. And wine is excellent too:-)

We could not recommend Cascina Dells Rose more highly. The apartment and grounds were beautiful and peaceful, and Ricardo could not be a more gracious host. Every detail is provided for from recommendations in the area to a thoughtful breakfast tart to a well stocked kitchen.

This property is beyond perfect info the realm of ethereal. I loved everything.

This is a very unique accommodation. The views are world class vineyards with the Alps and Monviso in the background. The winery of the same name produces critically acclaimed wines. Riccardo and his family are consummate hosts. The bed, linens and pillows were such a treat after staying in many hotels and apartments for 3 weeks in Europe.

What an amazing scenery. The location was right where we wanted it to be and the family running the countryside B&B was warm and kind. Choose this place if you want peace and love long walks or reading in nature. The kitchen apartment was perfect to prepare our breakfast, lunch or dinner. Use your car to go shop local ingredients in small towns close by.

Cascina delle rose is an absolutely magical place to stay. We loved getting to know the surrounding Italian towns. The property is charming and the views are astounding. Staying here you will wake up to mist-covered vineyards in every direction, enjoy a lovely day exploring this charming part of Italy, make yourself food in the well-equipped kitchen, learn loads about the distinct wines of the region, and have an all-around phenomenal time. I can't wait to return!

This location is so very peaceful, between the vines of Barbaresco. The accommodation is beautiful, a very nice view and everything you need to relax after visiting the area. You have everything you need and more in your room; good bed, nice badroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and espressomachine. But most importantly, the owners are so helpful, so friendly and just really nice people. They make it the perfect stay!

Really just fantastic all around. Riccardo the host was helpful beyond my expectations, and super knowledgeable about wine. The suites are spacious and well-appointed without making you feel as if you aren't in the countryside.

We recently returned to reside in the US but lived in Europe and Asia for the past 16 years. We tried to explore as many locations as possible. Given that context, the experience at Cascina Delle Rose exceptional. The building and grounds are beautiful, the facilities are excellent, with plenty of space. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the amenities all worked well. The views from the windows were gorgeous in keeping with the region. But what really made the our stay so wonderful was the personal warmth, and attention of Riccardo and his brother Davide. They had things such as local fruit juices and a crostata (yum) waiting for us. Riccardo took time to to provide us with a much deeper understanding of Barbaresco as region and the intricacies of making wine as well as where to dine. Bottom-line, we hope to return as often as possible and definitely will recommend stayng here to all of our friends.

Riccardo is the absolutely best host you can hope for. He gave us loads of great tips, and volunteered to book restaurants and winery visits. His small winery produces a wonderful range of Langhe wines, including two widely sought after Barbaresco, Tre Stelle and Rio Sordo. The tour and tasting he gave us were a highlight of our trip. The property lies in the hamlet of Tre Stelle, just a few minutes outside Barbaresco, in the middle of the vineyards. A beautiful location with panoramic views. The apartment was equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, and a serious coffee machine. The owner Riccardo had filled our fridge with delicious juices from neighboring producers, as well as some milk and other light breakfast ingredients.
