We LOVED EALA. The location is incredible-the views are amazing. The staff are brilliant. They helped us with anything we needed - shuttles into limone, booking taxis, printing tickets. They were also really attentive. We had a lovely welcome drink on arrival and sat at the bar admiring the view. The room is exactly like the pictures. Amazing views that you can even enjoy from the bathroom! The restaurant on site is great too.

i like the small size soap\shampoo instead of having big bottles connected to the wall.

I'll start with the room. 3 diff showers one a regular shower we all familiar with, second next to the bed a bath, and outside a spa bath that all you see from it is the lake - Amazing. Staff - from the moment you get till the moment you leave they do everything to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast - you have it all, veggies, fruits, pastry, meat, diff types of cheese, fresh juices, coffee\tea, and ofc any type of omelette you wish to have. Senso - Michelin restaurant located inside the hotel - everything was fab - from the lights to the whole experience to the food.

Absolutely insane place. Such a beautiful resort with unbelievable views. The place of tranquility and quality. Amazing stuff, very friendly helpful people. Rooms are big clean with stunning panoramas on the lake and mountains. It was our anniversary and the only reason we chose this destination is because of this hotel. And it was 10/10. It’s a must visit place. Thank you

Everything was just right. Good value for such excellence too.

EALA's wonderful location and well executed simple but stylish decor would be reason enough to visit, but what sets this outstanding hotel apart is the staff. They're all so good and friendly it seems wrong to single any one of the team out, they're simply the nicest hotel staff we've ever experienced in a life of travelling. We loved everything about our 4 day stay around New Year. The location with both easy and very challenging walks right outside the door (a dawn walk up to Punta Larici is rather strenuous but a wonderful experience), is stunning. The rooms are comfortable and large, and the spa and pools are superb. We also loved the fact that although it was very much a Masarati, Mercedes, Gucci and Prada set staying there at the time, the staff didn't turn their nose up at our little rented Fiat Panda in the least. We will most certainly return to discover more of beautiful Lake Garda.

I hadn’t appreciated you could not use the spa whilst wearing bathers. We were not comfortable using it and did not feel that they should say you cannot - also, that being the case, I think that should be made clear upon booking a spa hotel

I have some comments , the breakfast good be better , the fact that they charge for pancakes for example 12 euro is disturbing while other hotel with much lower quality have broader breakfast so this thing could be better to make the hotel more than 10/10 . One more thing there’s no Iron in the room or the hotel there’s iron service with extra payment also this should be included in Hotel with this quality . One more last thing the Hotel doesn’t put bottle of water or two each day which is usually what hotels should do and the hotel charge 13€ for each bottle of water + 10€ Room service which is in my opinion a little bit exaggerated. This doesn’t lower my rating because the Hotel still 10/10 and even more and for that payment it is very good .

The best hotel in Garda no doubt. Best Facilities I have ever seen maybe in whole Italy . Really no words can describe how amazing and beautiful the hotel is . The hotel is expensive but I believe same hotel in Lake Como for example would have cost 3000€ a night. Worth every single Penny. And they placed a lot of gifts and chocolates for us . They have a private shuttle it is such amazing thing to have in Garda so you will not need to find a parking if you have your car . They park your car and bring the luggage to the room from you car . The private shuttle is very good you can go to the beautiful City Limone it is very nice with very good restaurants and amazing view . They are 6 stars Hotel no doubt .

At breakfast i would not charge the extra items, these are not more expensive than all the others, but your feeling would be better. Include this 13 eur in the room rate. Also the acess into the lake could be easier.

Amazing location - the view over Lake Garda is stunning. The private beach was a highlight with plenty of sun lounges to relax on at the beach. The staff were incredible - they always had a smile and were attentive. I had a treatment at the day spa and it was exceptional and the sauna area is like no other I’ve experienced. Such a memorable holiday - I left feeling super relaxed.

We stayed for 2 nights are part of our honeymoon. Everything about this hotel is perfect and 5 star. Without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The food, service, room and location were all amazing. What sets EALA apart is the attention to detail and the little things that are done for you. We will defiantly be back and highly recommend anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Lake Garda to book here, you will not be disappointed.

A couple of minor suggestions: 1) I would add hooks for towels right next to the shower 2) I really would have liked an iron in the room. And if it’s truly a safety issue, I would say then you should offer to iron things for people for free (you can bake it in the price of the room). No one wants to be nickel and dimed for small things after paying for a really nice hotel. You just want to have an easy, enjoyable experience. 3) Similarly, for breakfast, I would just say either don’t include the charged items on the menu, or just include them and charge everyone a little more. Same reason as above. But these are minor things :)

The hotel is great. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The views are gorgeous and I love that every room has a view. The rooms are nice and big. The pool and lake-front areas are very nice and we really enjoyed the panoramic terrace. Breakfast was also very good good.

we came for the spa, if we had known it was nudist mixed, we would have made the reservation in another hotel. This detail was written nowhere in the reservation . One day I was alone in the spa during one hour and an employee came to tell me to go out because I was wearing a swimming suit. Considering the price we have paided for one week, this is not acceptable. Your argument of health is ridiculous. The bathroom is not convenient at all, there’s a small towel heater to hang 2 dressing gowns, 2 big towels, 2 smalls, 2 swimming suits. Washbasin not convenient, etc… when all the world try to be ecologist (even the most beautiful palaces) you change all the towels twice a day, even the soap is changed every day….

Splendid hotel. Very beautiful bedroom. The architecture ,the gardens, swimming pools, spa and decoration were magnificent. The restaurant The bistro is delicious, with fresh products and italian cooking like foreigners like us excepted.
