The location is quite far from downtown but very close to a metro station (unfortunately, the metro is not yet well developed in Turin). The hotel is located in a quiet area—about 20-30 minutes' walk to downtown.

The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, and the windows well protected against sun and light. The staff is very helpful and communicative. Breakfast offers a lot of choices—particularly the buffet with sweet products, which is excellent (you can even ask a waiter for a hand-made coffee and fresh juice for yourself).

Comfortable hotel with safe parking ten minutes walk from the station. Twenty minutes walking to the city center, although a metro station is five minutes away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood doesn't seem too nice at first, but is lively at night and there are lots of restaurants and bars.

Great location, walkable to everything and surrounded by fabulous restaurants and entertainment. Perfect. The breakfast was delicious too! Best of all the staff at the hotel were just lovely, so helpful and friendly. They made our stay extra special.

The hotel is right next to the train station. This was convenient, however (although this is not the hotel's fault) the area was a bit rough, especially at night. I went to Torino to work at a place close to the hotel so the it was suitable for me, however if I were with family I would choose a hotel in a different area.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable and clean. The price was also reasonable.

Not really a fault but be careful you go to the right Best Western Hotel. There are 2 close together.

Would have have helped if the lift had been Mended in the 4nights that we stayed .sinage to rooms would have helped as we had to cross to the other wing!

The server lady couldn't give us English tea packets despite asking several times. On the third day, coffee and teas were not refilled in the room.

They let us check in early, which was so kind considering we have an overnight train from Rome. The room was quite modern and clean. They also heated our pizza and served it on a plate, a very nice gesture and much appreciated. The breakfast was full some. The staff was very friendly, they booked us a taxi whenever needed. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Porta Nuova station and 2 mins to the nearest metro station.

One of the reasons why I booked the hotel was for the gigantic chess on the photos, but that was no longer there which was a bit disappointing as it was meant to b a surprise

The deluxe room was very spacious, and had all the amenities needed; The staff are really pleasant, and Sara, the receptionist was really supportive (eg helping with parking); the breakfast had many options which was great, and you could choose pretty much anything from an English breakfast to a vegan cake
