We loved it all.

A very comfortable room in a great location. Our host gave us a wonderful welcome and gave us a bottle of wine and some nibbles. Our host was also kind enough to give us some recommendations for places to eat which were perfect.

i really missed a place inside the box to put the soap and shampoo.

The location is the key to this place, there’s a metro station right in front, and the terminal is 3 blocks away with an easy walk. The city is quite expensive, so you won’t get better accommodations for less than this. The room was actually quite big for one person, there’s place for the bag and the bathroom has a great size. The courtesy or coffee and food was very welcomed. Gisela was kind enough to let me in a little early.

The bed is narrow and not super comfortable. It's a little inconvenient to have to set a very specific time to arrive (there's no reception).

Clean, close to the train station and metro - very convenient location, friendly staff, and cute coffee and tea basket . Excellent pied a terre for a business or sightseeing trip

There could have been a daily clean

It was clean and extremely central and was value for money . I would recommend it to my friends. Milan was warm and the air conditioning worked really well

It was very noisy, every morning the cleaning lady would start cleaning and vacuuming from 8-9am, and at night you could hear different sounds from the above floor. The location is very close (6-7min walk) from Central station but around the apartment building there's really not much to do.

We were greeted by a very nice host who was helpful with everything. We arrived hungry and were pleasently surprised there were a lot of snacks left for us complimentary plus the coffee pods were much needed in the morning. The wifi was very good, probably the fastest I've experienced in an accomodation.

I was nervous prior to arrival since it wasn't clear (till half a day before) whether someone would be there upon arrival. I finally was warmly welcomed by my host but would have preferred to know this sooner to set my mind at ease. Most of these old buildings housing apartments and B&Bs have thin walls/floors, resulting in the frequent sound of suitcases being rolled along.

My single room was small but very comfortable and I slept very well. It was in the back so no traffic noise. Great place to just spend the night in between two trains journeys. I liked little touches like having a proper reading light. The bed was single, but comfortable. The room was light with a kettle and snacks provided by the host. In the common corridor there is a fridge one can use if wanted, and a coffee machine.

Noise isolation could be better, it is pretty loud even during the night.

The bed was a little hard but still fine. Our room wasn't very clearly labeled so it took a while to infer which one it was.

The place was very practical and conbenient. We liked all the little snacks tht they left us, and the fact that they had bidet. They also were very nice and left us an iron in the room ehen we asked, and they offered to keep our luggage after checkout.

Very comfortable room. Clean and Classy. Bring your instant coffee, they provide kettle. Also, a small gift basket for your midnight snacking. Metro is right outside, takes you straight to Duomo or Navigli
