This hotel is incredibly located right next to the arena. Easy 15 minute walk from the station. From there, you are right in the middle of everything happening in Verona. The hotel is really lovely, superbly clean. The rooms are not massive, but there is more than enough space for the two of us. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is great with spa lights in the rain shower and it is kitted with everything you need for a weekend. They also have complimentary slippers and robes and a gorgeous view to the arena from our bed. The breakfast is amazing, with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, great break and eggs and bacon. We could not fault it. They also prepare you fresh coffee whilst you enjoy views to the arena from below. Fantastic. The rooftop bar is sprctaculy, with amazing views and a great vibe. Lovely cocktails and just great everything. We loved it there. But what really makes this hotel special are the people who work in it. From the second you walk in to check-in, you feel warmly welcomed and take care of. The team feel like no request is too much, they truly want you to enjoy Verona, and from the reception staff to those in the breakfast area and the rooftop, make our stay absolutely perfect. The rooms are cleaned quickly and efficiently, our food was always perfect, the team are just fantastic, and honestly we were so sad to have to leave this magnificent hotel. We 100% would return to this hotel. Thank you all for the most amazing weekend. You really took great care of us.

Like many reviewers, we got a room in the second building located within 6-7 minute walk from the arena.

Very comfortable, spacious studio, beautiful design. Kitchen annex, with all necessary things. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. Quiet - facing the patio. Good breakfast with a varied selection. Very professional and informative staff!

The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Lovely welcome, booked us a restaurant and seats in the roof top bar in the sister hotel. We requested the same room for 2 weeks later and they made sure it was available for us. Really great service. The room is huge - split level, more like an apartment with beautiful views - and the breakfast was great. Ideal base for looking around Verona and for easy access to the train station

We liked everything. The only thing that may have helped is a small bottle of washing up liquid so we could clean our dishes properly. We are sure guests do not want the staff to clean their plates but I am sure a little bottle would encourage the guests to do so. People are not going to buy a bottle in supermarket for a few days..

We’d hope to use the hot tub but when we saw it randomly placed between tables where people ate and drank we decided against it. Just a really odd place to put a hot tub!

Really lovely room, comfy and clean. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, offering a coffee on arrival and to take your bags which was really nice. It’s perfectly placed by the Ampitheatre

We had a car, which is a tough concept in the first place, but getting to the hotel can be a bit tough. You need to approach from the East/ NE side of town to ensure you can get to the hotel. Once there though, everything was excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent as you are right next to the Colosseum and within very easy walking distance of many other sites. Plenty of food and entertainment options around as well.

Everything was spot and perfect - I had to double check as I thought i booked a 4 star hotel instead. I was aware that the room we booked was a small double room, however it was literally perfect. We stayed for 3 nights, so we didn’t have a lot of luggage. Location is amazing, you are within a short walk from most of key places in Verona, restaurants and sights. Our room was modern, the bed excellent had a view of the Arena (!). We used the roof terrace a lot, as we visited in March and the weather was great for an early night drink watching the sunset. Breakfast was included in the price and had a very good variety of continental and also italian pastries/sweet pies and of course amazing coffee. What really impressed us was that during our stay, my husband had his birthday, however we didn’t mention this to anyone in the hotel. On the day of his birthday and during breakfast, we were offered a slice of the best almond cake I have ever tasted with prosecco, followed by a group of staff singing happy birthday. I would say they really do pay attention to every little detail.

Loved everything.

The customer service was amazing, the staff were so atentive and lovely. The rooftop bar was to die for, beautiful views of Verona and a nice range of drinks. The rooms were clean, cosy and again, couldn't fault them. Would 100% recommend and return. The location is also spot on.

Room could have been a little bigger but we were happy with it none the less. Only gripe would be the walls were a little thin and could hear people walking in the room above us and people talking in the room adjacent

Breakfast was amazing - very good selection, including bespoke gluten free baskets for anyone with dietary requirements. Excellent staff service who remembered who we were and remembered what we had each morning (drink choices etc).
