Nothing at all, I just don't understand how this hotel can be a 3* and does not have an higher rating.

Fantastically placed, this 3*s hotel has a 5 stars service: valet for your car, a quick and helpful check-in service with coffee included and an in-room-luggage delivery. Rooms are spacious and well presented in all the details, they provide you branded toilet products and there's a chromo-therapy shower built in your bathroom. Breakfast has a huge choice and the rooftop.. is just something else. Highly recommended

It would be great to have a bottle of water in the room apart from that everything was a 10.

Employees deserve the highest praise. very nice, extremely polite, it makes me want to come back. very good breakfast, beautiful view from the roof where you can relax with good music and a drink. Great location, very close to everything. Great connection to the main station.

It was perfect.

The staff at Hotel Milano & Spa are very special, we were given exceptional service from the second we arrived to the second we left the hotel, they continually exceeded our expectations. The hotel location is perfect, so close to The Arena, shops, bars and restaurants, definitely a central hotel in Verona with amazing views from the rooftop bar. Our room was stunning, we chose a deluxe room which was wonderful, clean, spacious, luxurious and had everything we could have wanted. The breakfast offer was extensive, delicious, the cooking and service was impeccable. Every single member of the team had a single mission which was to delight their guests. On our trip through Switzerland and Italy, we stayed in 7 hotels in 7 nights, this hotel was the best, if we come to Verona again we would definitely stay here and highly recommend to other travellers. Many thanks to all of you.

The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The position of the hotel was in a wonderful position to explore the city and see the sites by walking.

The room itself was pretty dirty when I got there. Seems like no one had dusted for weeks and I had to clean the bathroom myself upon arrival.

The staff were AMAZING. The location as absolutely perfect. And the rooms were large.

The room temperature, even if we lowered the thermostat, was very hot; we had to open the windows in the middle of winter as otherwise it wouldn't cool down. It would also have been handy to have an electric kettle instead of the stove top one

I liked everything.

Location was amazing. My flight was delayed and I only got to the property around midnight. I had a meeting in the morning and it was great to just walk out of the hotel and do everything I had to do before check out time. I particularly enjoyed the little terrace outside the room and managed to take a tour of the roof terrace. Unfortunately I had no time to use the hot tub or anything else.

We booked a small room and small is small. We’re not complaining but next time we’d pay a little extra for a more comfortable experience.

The best features of this hotel are its excellent location, rooftop terrace and bar far it’s best asset it’s staff.

Rooms are tiny but did not bother to much

Woow the location, and the rooftop terrace. Also breakfast is very nice. And all of staff are so accommodating easy you can feel like in Pretty Woman movie in Regent Beverly Wilshire hotel if I remember well…
