The air-condition did not work in our room and the room temperature was 27.6 degrees which was quite a lot.

Very friendly staff at the reception and at the breakfast. Nadisha took good care of us and this hotel has an amazing quality breakfast.

Excellent personell. Helpfull & funny , especially Young part of the team Ricardo, Marianna and Naimisha. As it comes to the hotel itself great spa and location. Design is a bit dated but the overall feeling is great. Also breakfast include many custom made options. Strongly reccomend

The location has very little around. Bare that in mind, as long as you have plans to use the train station to visit other areas then it’s fine. The restaurant options in the evening during off season is very strange and again, there’s not many places to eat out around.

Very friendly staff, room was very well kept and clean. Breakfast was a good selection. Good access to the train station which is a 5 minute walk away.

Shower had two heads only one worked rainfall shower did not function disappointing . Spa very small only one pool with bubbles and a few hot rooms upstairs. Got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi bath when used and emptied the water flooded the living area. Spent an hour cleaning it up leaving us without towels.mentioned apon checkout to avoid it happening to the next guest but they didn't seem very concerned.

The bed was really comfortable so much that we didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The breakfast was great with beautiful scrambled eggs and also little yogurts on glass jars with a range of typical honey from chestnuts. We also received a complementary drink prosecco on arrival at the bar. It also states two free bottles of water in the room but be careful they don't try to charge as this happened to us.

It was very quiet at the roof top pool. That’s fine during the day but would have been nice to have a bit of music and maybe happy hour at teatime/sunset. This may encourage more people to come up to the roof late afternoon and buy some drinks as the prices were obviously putting people off. They are expensive. The hotel is only a short walk from the main areas and would I’m sure normally be a pleasant stroll out. Unfortunately there are a couple of closed down and fast becoming derelict hotels about half way also a large building block also closed up and unkept. This made us feel uncomfortable walking through this especially later in the dark coming home. Montecatini has a few places closed and unkept and is clearly struggling in parts. It’s a shame and if the town council/government don’t sort this out they are not going to recover.

Beautiful modern sleek hotel. Deluxe double room not over big but perfectly fine and light bright and clean. Lovely big comfy bed. Lovely spa and great views from the roof top pool. Friendly professional staff. Really good breakfast.

What a fabulous hotel, it was exceptional in every way! The room was gorgeous with a wrap around balcony and very comfortable bed. The staff throughout the hotel are very attentive and friendly especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff. The breakfast was second to none with good quality and a wide variety of food. The opportunity to enjoy the pool and roof terrace was great after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel is within walking distance to at least four great restaurants which we enjoyed on different nights.

Nothing really, being picky the pool itself is due a refurbs as there were some mosaic tiles missing.

The property is in a great location for exploring the town and the park and funicular. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The roof top pool area is great for relaxing with a cooling breeze and fantastic views of Montecatini Terme Alto. What really made this our best ever Italian stay though is the hotel staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile, impeccable service, we honestly cannot remember better customer service from a hotel stay. A special mention for Nadisha whom we primarily worked the rooftop pool bar, this young lady is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is non stop, fluent in so many languages, never stops working and never stops smiling with every guest she meets.
