We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy bath leaked into another room so suddenly inundated with staff and had just opened all of our stuff for the night. Missed chance to use spa, given smaller room and had later dinner - which was expensive but average at best The manager came to speak with us and promised us a bottle of Prosecco which worked out to be two half glasses only. Not a great compensation for all of the inconvenience.

FranceEverything is worn and dated. Curtains hanging loose, dirty pool area and plastic plants everywhere. Rooftop pool but not open before 11 o’clock. Second pool is in spa part. WiFi not always working (big problem with a teenager!) Air conditioning was not working but got fixed after 2 days.

IrelandThe reception area feels very cramped. The room size and condition was not what I expected of a 5 start hotel. The pool area and the pool itself are extremely small. Not enough sun lounges nor space for the amount of people visiting the pool
The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it would only take a 5 to 10 mins walk to reach the shops and restaurants . The hotel is located in a nice quiet residential area. The hall area on the room floors is very cool - lighting is funky.
