It is very basic accommodation. No staff on site &is definitely not luxurious considering the high price. Although you are in venice so the high price is to be expected. We had a lovely room. Tired but very clean and tidy . Clean crisp bedding & very comfy beds. Also handy to have a fridge & kettle.we had a very enjoyable stay & the location was absolutely perfect for us .

The location is fabulous. Right in the middle of everything. Easy to find . 2mins from rialto Bridge & 5 mins from St Marks Square.

No lift; we wait quite sometime before the reception guy arrived so that we can check in.

Close to the main attraction, clean room. We can store our luggage after check out. friendly receptionist.

Bed - not the best. Bed was moving a lot. Carpeting /window covers could be newer or cleaner looking. It felt run down although it was clean. We wanted cheap in city center - it’s exactly what it is.

Beds are not attached to the frame so they move around. Also decoration is a bit old fashioned and cleanliness could be improved on but it was good overall.

The room wasn’t very spacious but that’s about it.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also in a good condition. The lady at the reception was so helpful and suggested some places to go eat at.

I wasn't given the remainder of the city tax i paid, as was promised by the reception at the time. Since it was a two-level room, the radiator was only on the upper level, leaving the lower one to be cold.

Little noisy at night. The aircon was really loud and rattling so tried to sleep with window open but street noise also loud as expected. Though Venice does go quiet after 10pm. No full length mirror.

Size of the room was a surprise as bigger than expected. Room had everything I needed. Fantastic location.

Temperature in August. Air conditioning was 'working' but upper level of our mezzanine room on the 3rd floor was uncomfortably hot as hot air rises (lower double bed area below was ok) - upper air con made virtually no difference as not powerful enough.

Fabulous central location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Room clean, beds comfortable. Traditional Italian decor, though not our taste, added to the atmosphere. Would recommend for a small budget 4 person room in Venice - just not in the summer!!!

The facility may need a maintenance. There is no lift, and our room was on second floor. There luggage storage is actually in a common area - in front of the receptionist desk… and there is not always a staff there.
