Paula the host is excellent and gracious. Played with our little one and held her whenever we went through the lobby. Great value for money, Paula helped us out with any request.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean with the room being cleaned daily. The pool was nice. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and 5 minutes from the centre of town. There were also several places to eat nearby, including a ristorante-pizzeria and street food van less than 5 minutes away on foot.

For small kids Beds could be more safe.

the Hotel is very nice, Location is very good as well, not loud. there is a lovely playground at the parking lot- which belongs to the hotel. Swimming pool is nice and clean. Breakfast was fresh. Everyone will find something of his choice to eat. You can walk to the Lake, to the city. There is at the end of the street restaurant - where you can take away Pizza etc. and Lidl is also at walking distance. Last but not the least- the personnel of Hotel is very nice and friendly. They really take care of their guest. Our Kids and us felt very welcome and they made us feel like home :) We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Maybe the location itself, but that's it.

Location is OK - in between the major beaches and tourist attractions (ex. larger beaches and/or clubs, bike rentals etc). Very close to the windsurfing/water sports clubs and a camping site, though. Also rather close to the local Lidl store for easy resupply. Breakfast was really good, way above average. The staff were very helpful and understanding. Water (incl. sparkling) machines were available 24/7 - this was more important than you might think. The pool (small, but still) was a nice bonus too.

The room has a fan (or old air conditioning) that is not the strongest, but it still works well and cools the room moderately.

Very clean, comfortable beads and excellent breakfast. In addition, a wonderful big balcony with a view to the mountains and the lake to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Great quality for money. And perfect location!

I was fully satisfied. Nice service in Corona-times. Parking place. Boat place. Breakfast adapted to gluten-sensitive / lactose-sensitive or other. I would book again.

Not to judge all staff on experience, but check in receptionist was a bit cold. The morning staff was very amicable and friendly. For a triple room it was quite compact, furniture newish but cheap, and it felt like there were quite a few plaques stating rules during the stay. Bed was so so. Forwarned when expecting lake view, booking specifically states view of mountains, town of Torbole, OR lake. Not garaunteed. Balconies a reasonable size, though there is zero privacy between neighboring room balconies. If you're fine with the unavoidable sociability in your space, then no worries. Note, this is in Torbole, not Riva del Garda. Also qaint, full of restaurants and shops,, but Riva is at least a 25-30 min walk. Not entirely hankering to stay there again though considering the price comparison for North Garda, it's decent place to stay.

The place was clean, nice view, small but amusing playground for the kids. There was a BBQ area which we didn't realize from listing was there. Would have been nice to use. Pool was okay, slight of a view of mountain tops, but also clean. Breakfast was decent with a fair bit to chose from, juices, cold buffet, pastries, a self serve egg frying station and garden/slight mountain top views.

The rooms are small specially since our was for 4 people and the pillows were very stiff. The air conditioning was not working and it was uncomfortably warm inside. I was charged a slightly different price than I got on booking as well, not a big problem given the difference, but found it a bit strange!

The breakfast and the location were the stars of the stay. Extremely complete breakfast, with a huge variety of meats, cheeses, breads, cereals and fruits. Easily comparable to 4 star hotels. The pool was nice as well, and the view from everywhere in the hotel is the cherry on top.
