The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, but the quality could be improved. The rooms were ok, but beds could be more comfortable and walls could be thicker.

Extractor fan in the bathroom (which is automatically switched on every time the bathroom lights are switched on) is very noisy that you would have to take breaks of it switched off between having a shower and preparing to get dressed.. and the air-conditioning system and water heater systems are either in need of a replacement or a very good maintenance service.

Rooms need updating and more signage as we got lost a few times. Aircon disconnected mid September but we stayed in October and it was 28 degrees so needed aircon.

Great views, choice of indoor and outdoor pool. Great breakfast selection. Friendly staff.

The rooms were quite outdated in our building. I think some rooms are renovated those might be in better condition, but even the old ones were ok, although better cleaning is needed. The view from terrace kind of compensated the too soft bed and very simple interior. We went there during the highest season (mid/end August) so the price for these types of rooms was shocking.

The 180 degree lake and mountain view is spectacular! This is a huge hotel complex with a fantastic garden. They also have nice pools and since the town center is quite a difficult walk (elevation!) with kids they run a shuttle bus for 1 Eur / person every half an hour.

I am not sure why none of the outdoor pools were heated. Virtually no one was in the pools for this reason.

Food during the day especially after 2.00 pm when really all one could get after that time was varing forms of ham and cheese sandwiches! Dinner could only be had over in hotel Christine, buffet style but that was very good with plenty of choices I have to say snd we did enjoy that and the music afterwards on terrace, very good!

Breakfast was very good with a great variety of choice both cold snd hot dishes. Staff were very helpful at breakfast.

- the view is amazing, great look over the garda lake - nice gardens (cactuses, plant trees), well maintained - breakfast was good for 2-3 days, more variety would be nice though - indoor pool / outdoor pool - plenty of parking, but very tight for SUV cars, several parking levels available though

We are in Italy and OK it`s breakfast only, the only meal we had booked at the hotel. But it`s a bit extreme loveless how the general quality was. Staff was very nice here as well and tried to fill up quickly when something was out but still...maybe it`s an idea to offer less in quantity but in better quality.

The rooms are quite OK I would say and come with a balcony, staff are really friendly, attentive and helpful. No worries about parking space (which can become an issue at Limone in general), they have their own parking lot. Views are nice from different places at the hotel premises.

Somewhat outdated room furniture and interior in general, but everything is functioning as it should. Connectivity quality could be better.

Good continental breakfast included. Very nice view from the balcony at the lake as the hotel is located in the high spot. We were not using the indoor/outdoor pools but there was a chance to. Easy check-in/check-out.

The buffet meals were not very tasty - neither dinner nor breakfast. I wanted to pay cash which I did, but my card was charged before we came. Now waiting for the refund.

The worst breakfast I have ever had. The coffee was disgusting, the vegetables seemed to be couple of days in the sun. Omlette tasted really strange and the ham didn’t felt right on the bread. Only eatable thing was fruits with yogurth

Absolutely impressive location of the hotel. rooms very clean and well secured. The hotel offers 3 outdoor pools and one indoor with jacuzzi, an amazing complex with several restaurants and a bar. There is also a shuttle bus to the center and back every half hour. Ideal for rest and tranquility

We didn' t find the pool with the sun altrough we asked at the reception. There wasn't that pool from the pictures on booking în all the hotel area.
