The best hosts ever I have come across . Brilliant restaurant and fantastic pizza and steak. Heated pool was amazing especially after whole day skiing. Definitely will come back to Brunico and Kronplatz.

The hotel is on a busy road, so it gets a little loud if you leave the windows open (my room was facing the road). The traffic died down in the nights but starts early in the morning again.

Very clean and modern hotel. They have a room where you can store your bike and it also has a bunch of basic tools and a workbench if repairs are needed. There are also lockers for any additional equipment that you don't want to have in your room. Breakfast was amazing, the best scrambled egg that I had in a while. The lady helping was super nice and sweet! Wifi was working well, so remote working was not a problem. I wish there would have been a desk in the room.

We had an excellent stay! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The younger generation has taken over the reins of the family business, adding little personalized touches (decoration, menu - vegan options...) while preserving the culture and tradition of the region. The roadside location may seem a nuisance, but traffic calms down at night and parking is easy at the entrance to town. Our favourites: the excellent breakfast, the pool, the cherry-stone footbath and the swing on the balcony! We'll be back with great pleasure!

it's easy to come/go by car because it's at the edge of the city, near the big road and with big parking; the breakfast was fantastic, the room was big, the restaurant they have alongside the hotel offers good choice and in general quite good value for money; you can get 3 hours sauna located in quite big separate room with jacuzzi, chilling zone and the sauna itself, which is big enough for ~5 people - they also give you a bottle of prosecco + some fruits, and all this stuff is for 30Eur (in total, not per person!!!) - HIGHLY advise if you come with partner / fiends

There was constant noise from the neighboring room, which was audible through the walls.

Hotel is situated in an industry zone next to eni gas station and all rooms up to No. 114 are very noisy due to frequent road near the hotel. Superior room is designed in very stupid and unpractical way. E.g., there is just one common sliding door for toilet and shower, so you can choose which one has to be opened. The washbowl is right behind the bed, so you wake up your roommate every time you wash your teeth. There is no closet for your clothes, just open shelves, no bedside table, so you have to put your books, mobile on the floor, no space to hang your ski clothing, no space to dry bathrobes, on the balcony is just one chair, … etc. See the enclosed photos.

Location 20 minutes walk to the town center. Some rooms are facing torwards an busy road, and the car park directly in front of the rooms. We payed 230 euros for 1 night outside the main season. Far to expensive for what ist was.

Clean, easy to find the hotel. Room was not small and very cklean.
