The location is exceptional, just a short walk to the Verona Arena and other key sites in Verona. Nice to have AC as it was very hot during our visit. The bed is comfy and they allowed for an option to use a top sheet and thin blanket or a more traditional thicker duvet. It was great to have the thinner bedding options given the hot weather. Check in was easy.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing that could be improved on.

A truly exceptional stay from Truly Verona. From the moment we booked our stay to leaving the apartment , we were so impressed with everything. The staff at Truly Verona kept us updated via WhatsApp about our stay and were on hand to answer questions we had. They made our stay very relaxed, provided us with a video and clear instructions on how to enter our apartment and ensured we were comfortable during our stay. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. Anything that we needed was already in the apartment. Not only that but the location of the apartment was simply amazing. A quiet location yet only a short walk to the main square and the opera. We couldn't recommend Truly Verona enough to anyone who wants to stay in Verona. And to make our final day much easier , we were even able to leave our bags at the Truly Verona reception until we left for the airport. We couldn't have asked for anymore during our stay and would like to thank Truly Verona for making our first trip to Verona a successful and comfortable one.

Not the property itself, but I took the images on Booking.com to relate to the specific apartment I was booking rather than it being a range of images from different Truly Verona apartments (so I didn’t end up having a balcony overlooking the Arena, which had probably nudged me towards it). The booking itself just shows some images from inside the apartment. So was a bit confused when we got to the property, as didn’t recognise it from the outside - ie where’s the balcony?? Where’s the Arena??) Plus the map link provided to the apartment took the taxi driver to no.3, which turned out to be a different house altogether so was standing outside someone else’s house for a while wondering whether to press the buzzer, which nlooked different to the one in the video provided! 😄The apartment was one of two in the building further down (turned out to be in 3b) and only found it because I asked a cleaner in a nearby apartment if she knew where it was, and she said yes, it’s here! But overall, the Truly Verona team do seem very helpful and try with videos, WhatsApp and other things to improve the overall experience. If I’d gone to the Truly Verona office reception first off, I’m sure they would have made it all very clear.

Great location, modern styling and comfortable. Truly Verona team do try and make the overall experience as positive as possible, even though people like me can get a bit confused by Airbnb type arrangements (see below).

Great decoration, the show is sooo good. The size is great. The location makes you dont even need a car or taxi to the main activities in the city. We had a lovely bike rode to lake garda (5h trip) that made our stay so lovely. Its just beside the arena, so we could walk back from the show at midnight. Would go again. The room had hotel cleaning service. Perfect.

I didn’t like that the reception wasn’t 24/7. We had an issue on the day we checked out that our Uk phones wouldn’t let us call the taxi line so we couldn’t get a taxi at all. The reception was closed so we couldn’t ask them to call for us and there was no landline to call ourselves. It was a very minor issue but it did cause a major inconvenience in our check out as we then had to walk to the station with our heavy luggage in the heat

It’s a little dark, the air conditioning was broken, we did have a mobile air conditioning unit which was rather noisy. The tea towel had an odour suggesting it hadn’t been properly washed. I was able to wash it myself in the washing machine provided. The pillows are far too hard.

The property is in a quiet street (except for the church bells! 😊) also a great location for exploring Verona on foot.

Lovely apartment on ground floor in excellent location for seeing the main sights - short walk from the arena, shopping streets and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested a walking route we could do in the few hours we had in the city and recommended restaurants etc. Super nice!

The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable; it is old has very little cushioning. This is not a major problem, since we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment. In order to make coffee, one has to know how to handle a moka pot, which may not be true of everyone.

The location is great. Very close to the center of the old city and the arena. The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning is great in the summer.

Our accomodation was very clean, well prepared and equipped with all necessary items. As we parked in a public parking it was simple to find it, just few mins from a garage Just some mins walking distance to Arena, well positioned to see the city. Communication with the hosts was easy, precise and without any problem. We recommend this accomodation to all and hope we’ll have chance to be back there soon.

You have to walk up to the third floor (top floor) and there is no elevator. In the summer, master bedroom (where king bed is) and kitchen areas are a bit warmer than living room and small bedroom (where two twin beds are) where they have two wall AC units. Since it’s the top floor, it’s warmer than other floors.

The location of the property is great! It’s close to the Arena Giulietta’s house and piazza Erbe. The unit I stayed (pallone 6) was fully renovated and very clean. It will be perfect when the weather is cooler in the spring or fall. Staffs at the reception area were super kind and willing to help guest all the time!

Light in the hallway came on automatically. It is a good idea but actually was annoying if one of you was asleep. (That is a nitpick!)
