Some packages were delivered to the hotel on two separate occasions, the first time it was not accepted, the second time the packages were there, I asked for them and was told that nothing had arrived. After I left they reached out to ask what to do with them! A little baffling!

That we didn't stay in Rome for 2 more nights...!

We had a great experience - the front desk and restaurant staff were lovely; professional, helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations (and helped with the reservations). The property is slightly outside of the city center, which is a good thing, because after 2 long days of historical site-seeing, it was heaven to have a massage and then lay by the pool. I forgot to mention, our first night at the hotel, I tasted the best pistachio ice cream of my entire existence. I can only say positive things; we truly had a wonderful time.

Housekeeping looking to clean the room before 9am - was not an issue as I was going out but could be deemed intrusive and rushing customers when you are on vacation

All covid measures where excellent. Staff extremely friendly, professional and go over and above to make you comfortable and relaxed Pool and Garden area is immaculate, extremely well kept and an utter oasis in the heart of the city. Lovely and varied choice for breakfast and great seasonal dining menu, delicious cocktails and wine.

My daughter & I were traveling together, and wanted separate beds. Our 1st room was one bed but a finer room than than what was available with 2 beds.

Healthy walk into city and felt like a respite, getaway at the same time.

Sometimes poolside service could be spotty but it was a very minor issue. There wasn't much to critique.

The rooms are traditionally decorated but spacious and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows are even better. The A/C was amazing with quick and accurate temperature control in the room. My wife and I slept great for the duration of our stay. The bathroom was above average and the toilet was in its own room with a door which is always preferable. Obviously the star of the show is the pool and it was amazing. All of the sun chairs are extremely comfortable and we never had an issue getting chairs. This hotel is great for seeing and exploring Rome or just relaxing by the pool all day while splitting a bottle of Prosecco. It feels like an oasis but you are so close to everything.

There's a number of small issues actually the room I was upgraded to is a great one but a view from a smaller and cheaper room was much better. It happened that something in the room was not working but it was repaired immediately.

The location, the environment, it's a fabulous hotel with a great breakfast, nice pool and a perfect view.

The restaurant was closed. I am very disappointed that we were not told beforehand.

It is an excellent Hotel, but I was very disappointed to find the Restaurant was closed due to the award-winning chef leaving at the end of last year. The restaurant and its reputation were the main reason we booked this hotel, and I would have thought they would have informed all bookings, but they didn't.

However, when we arrived the door lock and key card did not work and we had to go through reception every time we wanted to get upstairs. The second night, we asked for an iron for the room, a couple of hours later there was still no iron. When I called they said they can't bring one but instead they offered someone to come pick the shirt up and iron it. As it was the only option we agreed, to our amusement we were charged for that. The entire time we were at the hotel there was a renovation going on, one of the nights went on until 9 PM or so. This was quite a curious stay.

The breakfast, pool area, and pool itself were great.

1500€ per night for a room with no views, Could have been more luxurious. Concier was not really helpfull. The breakfast and hotel resturant were ok but not great in terms of tase and selection.

Hotel was nicely decorted and pool area was great. Front desk staff and bell boys were helpfull and courteous. There were extra perks and amenities based on membership level.

For a 700eur/night room its not good value. Although we were upgraded to suite, the room was still facing a huge wall from short distance. I was not expecting a panaromic rome scenery or garden view but at least a less depressing view

The hotel is large resort and a nice getaway from the crowds of Rome

The room was small, very small and the bed was small too. It was not very clean, a lot of dust under the bed and hair in the shower, they where also slow with water to the room, this is more like a 2* (star) hotell room, so it is very overpriced according to what you pay. The airconditioner made a lot of noise.

Location very close to everything in the city. Breakfast was good and in nice areas. Service from staff was good. Area around with pool and living room was excellent and they had a grate garden surrounding the pool area.

The corridor was noisy and the doors not sound proof. Food carts, vacuum cleaners all made a lot of noise. The amenities in the room were limited. No where to hand towels in the bathroom, hooks only in the toilet and this was used for robes. No comfortable chair to sit in. Lack of power points for charging in convenient location.

Front reception and concierge were fantastic

I paid close to €600 a night and I got a small, boxy room facing a narrow street with a house straight across. Had I known that I would have chosen a diffrent place to stay to be honest. I asked for a room with a view and was shown a room 3 categories above my room category, nearly €1000 a night. On top of the lack of view, there were serious problems with the A/C which was quite frankly annoying.

The location is great, staff is very friendly and it's a beautiful hotel.
