“Booked Mt Fuji view rooms. It’s amazing view from room in morning from sunrise till 8 AM or so. After that Mt Fuji was covered by clouds. Public onsen , both open and indoor are available.”
“Good value for money. Location although a bit far from the train station, there is bus station close by and the hotel has a very nice view of Mt Fuji. Onsen is also very nice, with 3 large baths and 2 small individual baths.”
“Conveniently located. Trains from Fujikju Highland depart regularly and don’t take long to Kawaguchiko (just use your Suica card).
It’s a capsule hotel of the „gigantic“ category, meaning there are tons of capsules. Despite that, it wasn’t noisy or messy during my stay.
Staff were friendly.
You do have to leave the hostel from 10 to 3 I believe - but you should be out exploring anyways.”
“What a little gem of a hotel right on the lake shore. The photo they use is exactly the view from our bedroom - although we didn't see completely to the top of Mt Fuji we saw nearly all of it. Had a private onsen (hot spa bath) room which was welcome at the end of a long drive. Host and owner was super helpful and very friendly. An enormous dinner and breakfast were included in the price of the room. Tasty and imaginative food and friendly service.”
