“This place is just lovely - sophisticated, serene, beautiful. We stayed one night, and upgraded to a room with a private onsen which ended up being just wonderful! The staff are lovely and very helpful. The food was amazing (both breakfast and dinner). And the room was huge and incredibly stylish and beautiful. I loved how we wore yukatas for the duration of our stay - it made the whole stay feel special. We had no problems with the futons on the floor - very comfortable. We came away feeling very relaxed. Thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay so enjoyable”
