“A well located hotel with a great view of the bay from every room. Attention to detail was nice - every guests is lent a kimono to wear for dinner during their stay. The dinner buffet is very good with a wide selection of food, including simple sushi. (Every nights' buffet is the same but that's ok.) The breakfast buffet was also good.”

“I was on a long ride along the entire length of the Izu Peninsula. I was planning on staying in Shimoda but everything was sold out, but I found this place. I didn't know what time I would arrive, but the host arranged everything perfectly with instruction cards, for an easy check-in. I arrived pretty late, so I never got to meet him, but thank you!
The room was more than large enough to leave my stuff scattered around one half of it, with the other housing the fluffy futon. So comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed the next morning. Everything was clean and I appreciated the modern toilet. Towels downstairs, and a nice big shower. There was a large common room, and I think they even have e-bikes for rent. WiFi was good. Best of all, for a cyclist- there is a storage hut just outside the property to stash your ride safely, protected from the elements (and theft).”
