“They issued us a wrong type of room and as an apology upgraded us to a room with private onsen. The hotel is a bit old but is clean. Both the indoor and outdoor onsens are nice. The view of the sea from our room is gorgeous. The relaxation room is huge, there are massage chairs, board games, hammocks and lots of books for guests to enjoy. The buffet dinner is great, good variety (Japanese) and delicious. What surprises me is the free flow of alcohol; sake, wine, beer and even whisky! Service staff is helpful and professional. The carpark is opposite the hotel across the road, so it is better to drop off your luggage and travel buddies first.”
