“Incredibly pleasant and clean onsen, as I understood, belongs to a family that does everything and organizes everything independently. The food is unbelievably delicious and there is a lot of it. They allowed people with tattoos to visit the onsen, which is also a plus.”
“Great ryokan with very polite and helpful staff in a super beautiful area with views towards Mt Fuji. We arrived a few hours before checkin time on a very rainy day and the staff kindly moved us to another room which was ready so that we get in the room early which I found very kind and very thoughtful from their end. Also it has a beautiful onsen and the option to upgrade with breakfast which was lovely. There is local bus to the various attractions of the area and a bus stop located in 3 minutes walk from the property.”
