I like this place. Just want to remind that they have branches in Osaka and pay attention to the address. I went to the wrong hostel and wasted more time to approach this one.

The only thing would probably be the check in time is at 3pm and the check out time is 10am. And I was woken up in the morning by a rude person and was confrontational because I made a little noise even though he made noise all night, but that's not the hostels fault. They should make rules for customers like that to get kicked out.

Everything especially the cute staff. It was very clean and the location is pretty good.

I really liked that it was not in the busy area (Namba, Umeda area) but was close to Shinsekai and still walkable to Namba. Bed was comfy, all areas were eally clean. The common area below was small but enough to where you can socialize. I really love the staff! They were so welcoming and really fun to chat with! I enjoyed it so much I came back to stay here after a few weeks.

Downside of it is without laundry service . However this is compensated with a nearby launderette which is in walking distance.

The property is very clean and comfortable to stay in. Our room comes with 2 single bed and 1 double decker. Pillow is soft and so is the mattress. The blanket is thick enough . Air condition is good. The staff were very helpful . I emailed them to ask about the property's location and they gave me very clear directions how to catch the train and which exit to reach the property. In the floor (4th floor) that I am staying ,the bathroom and toilets are just outside of my room. So it is very convenient. The property is well equipped with a small kitchen area where I can get free hot drinks , heat up food and etc.

Quite far from jr station (15 min walk) the hotel is next to highway. So you do hear traffic sounds at night. Beds were very squeaky

The communication and self checkin process after 9pm was very kind and easy. The room and bed was okay for one night. Very cute little hostel. The location was very convenient for me.

Timing of cleaning is annoying and check in is a little early, and again the place being not too busy/easy to meet people but no real complaints :)

There was a balcony and shower was roomy. They store luggage after you check out. Free shampoo and soap and a box of shared things I guess that people left. Beds are okay maybe a little hard which I didn’t mind. Plenty of sinks and two toilets. When I went it was like completely empty, didn’t see many people in common space and only had 1 person in my room. I actually liked this as I needed some down time but if you want to meet people maybe it’s not the best. Could have been the time I went though.

at 10:30–11:00ish someone was trying to unlock the room but I was the only one in the room no beds were made and nobody’s stuff was inside They were touching the lock then what sounded like the one next to me. It made me feel a little uneasy but besides that it was 10/10

The staff are all incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The areas are always kept clean. The location is near Ebisucho station in case you want to use the Osaka Metro, and Shin-Imamiya station is not too far if you want to use the JR Line. There is luggage storage available before and after checkout. The internet/wi-fi was consistent and fast enough for all my needs.

Very comfortable. Staff are very accomodating. And also easy to check in even late at night. Clear instructions and hassle free. Recommended and we will surely come back here on Winter!
