“Very nice modern and new-looking hotel, with very helpful and obliging reception staff. Even though we only stayed 1 night, the staff were brilliant with our every request... Mainly us faffing on with luggage which they kindly stored for us after checkout ahead of our flight!”

“The capsule was bigger than expected, it almost felt like a tiny mini-room. It was very clean and quiet. The onsen was great and it felt really good. In general, the common areas were also clean. The washing machine was very convenient and easy to use. The location was good and very convenient, there were two stations within walking distance.”
