The breakfast is good, yet not with many varieties. The rooms didn't supply water, you have to buy it yourself.

the hotel is very close to the metro station, that connects to main stations and JR lines, and that was very convenient. You literally can exit the hotel and go into the metro line. The staff are so nice, the rooms are a bit small though, but have every thing you need. Take care of having an adapter that works in Japan, they didn't have any for emergency.

The Apa chain seems set up for business folks and short-stay travellers, rather than your wonky Western tourist BUT offers very clean, cheap predictable safe accommodation for the latter also. Excellent value for a one- or two-night stay.

Unfortunately arrived at hotel Apa early for checkin and soaked to the skin (exited the subway at wrong gate). No lounge space so had to head back out in the rain (no umbrellas on loan, either, unusually, probably because a big hotel) to wander around until checkin. Like other big chain (very economical) hotels, all the room details and so on similar but perfectly fine and clean although short on personal interaction, In fact, very close to nearest subway entrance so handy for getting around town (but no tourist info at reception, indeed, practically no "reception" to speak of, all mechanised). Excellent breakfast, well supervised and many choices.

The room is not the biggest (i had a single room) but you have all what you need

very near to a metro station (in front of the hotel) You have in the near all what you need for a good holiday. The breakfast was good. The rooftop restaurant is just amazing and the view is amazing. The onsen in the hotel is great and is really good to chill after a long walking tour day. There are also wash machines for a really good price to wash your clothes. Clean room. Overall i can really recommend the hotel.

The employees are great, the breakfast was lovely (I finally tried natto), loved the location, too. Perhaps the price that I paid could have been lower, but at least I had great views from my rooms (two rooms, because I spent at this (large) hotel the first nights and the last four nights of the same trip - it was my fourth visit to Japan). Also, free snacks, and very tasty, too!

Didn’t bother me but an FYI first time travellers to the hotel - the rooms are small as the hotel prides itself on being eco friendly and not using unnecessary energy.

I love the location of this hotel. The check in and check out is super easy. The staff are really friendly. Has everything you need amenity wise.

The hotel is very conveniently located right at the exit of a subway station. Buffet breakfasts in the mornings were great. Staff were helpful with luggage transport services.

They don’t provide a breakfast box for the guests that have to do early check out before the breakfast time. They won’t hear any accuses despite a full payment has been made for the breakfast ☹️☹️☹️

Great location that is a few steps forward to Higobashi train station. A modern hotel with good facilities that’s still considered affordable.

It was a bit dirty and bed had a weird smell.

Staff in this apa hotel is better with english and customar care. Location was decent and since I booked 15 m2 room it was better. Before, I booked a 10 m2 room which is a horrible mistake. It is impossible to stay in 10-11 m2 rooms. So definitely book 15m2.

The hotel is right next to subway station so it's very convenient to travel around. Room is clean and comfortable at very reasonable price. Public bath with hot tube is a plus.
