Well..its small but it was expected for this location.

Convenient location very near the jr station. Lots of food options. Small (as.expected) but clean and comfy. Loved the flat pillow which was also for sale...didnt know a flat pillow can be just right!

Bathtub didn't drain water properly, probably need some cleaning.

Hotel situated close to Toyama station, with restaurant available in the hall. The room is small, as it is usual with Japanese hotels, but it has all it needs for the stay.

Location was good next to railway station. Room was fairly clean and staff were teasonably attentive.

I thought the room I booked has a city view, I just had a view of another building. 😅 The paper I got when checked in said that they had public bath house at 17th floor, called the reception and said they don't have it. Really confusing.

Close to Toyama station. Forgot my key card in the room and the staff gave me a new one without any hassle. Check in/out is so easy.

Basin tap and shower tap were connected, which wasn't very intuitive to use. Was hard to control the water flow when washing hands, and felt like I was wasting water. Also the room toilet had kind of a step at the entrance (it's not flat level), so it was quite troublesome.

Location was convenient - near train station, convenience stores, malls.

The room was very small, and I did not expect to be in a smoking floor. The smell was not great.

The location is nice, it is right by the station, and the staff was very nice. They were able to hold my luggage.

Breakfast was mainly Japanese style with few international options. For me only yoghurt with fruits and a piece of bread with jam and butter. The rest was cooked rice and beef and fish or too soft scrambled egg and pork sausages. I would prefer to see a bit of cheese and more bread (not sweetened) with more cooked egg. Also, the room is very compact so that I could barely fully open my suitcase.

The location, very clean common toilet at the reception, the utilities they offer in the bathroom, the view of my room, comfortable pillow and bed.

It’s glad to have a big window in the room with city view! However, it’s a busy road down stair thus the traffic is a bit noisy.

Location was near JR station so very convenient to do day trips to Kanazawa amd Tateyama

The mattress was a little too hard (like there's not much spring in it)

Everything was good, small, cozy and functional. Location is just 5-10 min walk away from Toyama station and Dentestsu-Toyoma station, which is very good if you are heading for the Tateyama Alpine Route in the wee early morning.

Unfortunately I got the room next to the elevator, so it got loud sometimes. The bed is harder then I expected

Near the train Station, csbel car and Busses. Also a lot chances to go eating. Easy check in and check out. Good for travelling alone by train

1)Bed too tough. 2)Water leakage between the tub & floor. 3)Room rather lack of space.That’s a standard room size I know. But compared with the Shinjuku APA. The setup inside the room caused the 2 persons difficult even to turn/walk 4) No USB. Only equipped with standard plug
