The bed is little bit shallow but I can understand due to limited space.

The room has more space compared to other capsule hotels. In fact, it is quite a comfy space, I spent quite a lot of time during my stay.

The property is well located near a few train stations, it is close to a shopping arcade and the convenience stores. The staff were very nice and explained everything during check-in. The facilities at this hotel are amazing, there’s a lounge area downstairs but can also find a smaller common area on the floor you’re staying at. The small rooms are comfortable and are actually very spacious, different amenities were also provided. Everything was clean and had no issues.

Sound proofing was alright but there was a very loud snoring guest that I could still hear. No water spouts for specifically drinking out of and the sink water is only warm.

Fantastic location for walking around Osaka at night. Very clean and comfortable.

The wifi sometimes go really slow on the room area. Tip: the 1st floor wifi is much better.

this is my second time stay here and the staff kindly placed me to the L room with desk, so I really like the personal space it brings. I love thay they have female only lounge in the 3rd floor for eating so we don't have to go to 1st floor.

The bed got a bit hard to sleep on by the morning - was essentially sinking into the bottom.

The hotel was really nice and clean, it was my first time travelling solo as a woman it was quite easy to find - about a 15 walk from the station and felt very safe to stay in on a floor with only women. They provide you with free amenity such as PJ’s, bath towel and face towel everyday. Within the showers there’s also free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Outside of that there’s also hair dryers and straighteners to use. The lounge area was also really nice - everybody seemed very accommodating of one another.

It was hot…. They didn’t turn on the aircond, they only kept bare minimum air purifier and a dusty stand fan to supply oxygen for 10-15 rooms which does not make sense to me. I was deciding if I want to give up privacy(open binder for the bare air to come in) or shut down binders and suffocate in sleep. Thank god I went to the front desk and luckily they have a small fan to loan, so please loan a fan from them to avoid suffocating in the capsule. But even with the fan, my capsule is still stuffy -.-

Location is awesome, 1min walk to Nishiki market and a lot bus stations nearby(4mins walk). And there is a Luup bike rental in front hotel. Good

The staff are what made this place amazing. They were attentive, kind, patient & very helpful- organized a cab for decent price as it was raining - which walking to local train Station I would have been soaked.

The shutters don't fully close and the light from the room stays on the entire night, so this can be a bit annoying. Also, basically every second of the day people were blow-drying their hair and you could hear this from the capsules

This was my favorite capsule hotel in Japan! The capsules are so spacious and extremely clean. Same goes for the showers; I have never felt this comfortable in a shared bathroom before. There is a nice makeup area, and they provide you with slippers, a towel, and pajamas, so it gave me spa vibes! Everyone keeps to themselves and is very respectful. The location is also great. In a quieter area, close to the subway, but if you want, you could walk to Dotonbori. You can get breakfast from the 7-Eleven next door and eat it in the common area. The staff is helpful.

Mattress in the room was a bit worn out. Would've been nice for a newer/firmer one.

2nd time staying at Atarayo. It felt like I was coming home -- even stayed in the same capsule room as last time! Location: Wonderful. Close to Hommachi station and shopping area. Lawsons, 7-11 both within a block. Very easy to get around. Staff: Super nice and accommodating. Facilities: Top notch. They provide facial cleansers, lotion, cotton pads, etc. Shared areas were always clean and tidy. Other Guests: Guests were very respectful in keeping the sleeping area quiet. Never heard an alarm go off in the morning.

Only downside for me was that it was too hot in the room at night (but I like to sleep in a really cool room). Mattress is also a bit thin but that's ok for a few nights and more comfortable than many beds in Japan!

Very clean, excellent location (you can explore Dontonbori on foot, and you're super close to many metro stations and lines), nice amenity kit, the room is big enough for a "capsule" hotel, showers and toilets are nice and clean
